My experience at college has been very positive. The tutors are supportive and always willing to help when needed. In particular, John Ryan has been very helpful, especially during Week 8, where he really helped broaden my understanding and build my confidence. The course content is useful and practical, and I feel I am developing the skills needed for my future career.

The arrangement of the training programme, the dedication and patience of the instructors/trainer (staffs)and the availability of equipment and materials in addition to other things made the experience great for me.

I am amazed on how I was treated and I am learning very well hoping to become a qualified electrician the tutor are top notch and the equipment are update I will recommend ERR anytime any day

Disappointing experience so far, took 2 years to complete level 2 due to waiting times of getting into centre and marking TMAs. Received a request to attend college at Wolverhampton on easter weekend 2025 and no teacher turned up - I was then contacted the next week to say the teacher was extremely unwell and couldn't attend only to find out on my next visit to centre that this wasn't the case, the tutors had been told that the week had been canceled.
I am now completing my level 3 and 2391, I have completed all the TMAs and am on a waiting list for both sessions. This is extremely frustrating as I was told that this course could be carried out at my own pace however this clearly isn't the case. In addition, the revision content is not good enough. For level 2 I had to purchase external mock exams as the mock tests I was provided constantly repeated questions.
I also was told that I would be attending a centre in Basildon - which is local to me - only to be sent across the country to Wolverhampton instead due to Basildon being refurbished - this has been going on for 2.5 years now. This has caused me to have to pay way over the base £7K for the course on fuel, hotels and external mock exams - you do get an allowance of £50 per night for hotels but this can only be claimed back once you've completed level 2.
However, my experience when getting into centre has been very good, tutors are very helpful and explain everything clearly. Wolverhampton is a clean centre with good facilities.

Helpful training but still need your own study

Engineering Real Results provides useful training and helped me with understanding key topics for Level 2 plumbing. The content is clear and easy to follow, and it’s good for building confidence.
However, you still need to study on your own and not rely only on this. It works best alongside college work and practice.

THe level of teaching and support was excellent
the study materials are well structured and loaded
The enviroment is suitable both for learning and practicals
Our instructor was knowledgable and genus in the field of electrical installation

Staff are well Coming and very knowledgeable in helping every student understand the requirements of being a Electrician.

Facilities are good clean up to date. Tea and coffee plus water available all day. Breakfast and lunch truck comes around if you don't bring your own lunch or food.

Chandlers ford, is easy to walk from Hotels if staying for the week or drive. Plenty to chose from.

The level of knowledge of the tutors and the workshop os well equipped

The teaching aspect is very good, the environment was good

They have qualified tutors who would teach and train you to competence. Practical facilities are equipped.

Absolutely shocking customer service from the providers , 2 trainers left at one site and they dont even know when they are being replaced they have no clue , i complained over the phone and through email that the area i need to be in due to caring for family members and that i had to be home on an evening they sent me to wolves for my week 8 which is too far away from my family i also have to care for , there not bothered and have no interests for the people training its shocking.

Office scrap, I’ve send multiple emails to set up weekend training session and I’m still waiting for answer .

I had great experience with ERR in my journey towards the dream of electrical license. I was supported by the experience staff of ERR in every step towards my success

This is the best place for education!

The practical bays were so good l enjoyed working on them and our tutor was so accommodating explaining how to do the testings

The knowledge and expertise of the teaching staff are top notch and the overall service is exceptional

I have really enjoyed the training sessions from the beginning till now without any regrets.
I have gained better understanding and experience from our Tutors and instructors.
Just last Friday I passed my level 3 online exams with overwhelming results of 90% and I feel very proud of myself.
ERR is the best.
