Personally the worst experience I have…
Personally the worst experience I have had with a company.. I’m sure their products are great but their customer service needs a huge update. I will be pursuing a small claims court against them for failure to issue a refund on an item that was only 2/3 days old and was faulty. my fault Is that I think the machine is far to powerful for my home.. multiple plug sockets it has been plugged into and still continues to immediately blow fuses in the plug so I am unable to use it. This is dangerous and not usable. So I have asked to return it for a refund with the following response “ If the machine does not show the same fault on our end, we will return it back to you.” I have asked if they are refusing to refund me on the item with no response.. I have sent a further 4 emails explaining I would like to return it for a full refund and I am now being completely ignored. A week has now passed with no response which is so unprofessional. If you were to buy from this company and have any problems with your items or wish to return them because they are faulty you will not be successful. I suggest avoiding this company at all costs and buying elsewhere.

Thanks for your review. I’ve checked your order details, and your parcel was delivered within the exact timeframe of the 48‑hour service you selected at checkout.
Your order was placed after our 12pm cut‑off on the 23rd, dispatched on the 24th, and delivered on the 26th — which is the correct delivery window for that service. There was no courier delay on this shipment.
I understand how frustrating delivery expectations can be, but everything moved exactly as it should have from our side. If you ever need any help choosing a faster service in future, we’re always here to advise.

Bought a new generator, arrived on time, well packaged,
Had a small issue with the stop/start button but was easily and quickly replaced following a quick phone call, starts and stops as it should now but have not powered anything off it yet so will see how it performs under load in due course

Now have received item I ordered. It would appear that in the event of a problem. No action taken until a poor rating on trust pilot creates a response. Along with insincere platitudes and apologies. Wish I had looked on trust pilot before choosing this company.

Your order was dispatched on time, but DPD failed to deliver it within the stated timescale, which is frustrating enough on its own. Where we fell short was not keeping you informed and not responding to your emails quickly enough — and for that, I apologise unreservedly.
Courier delays do happen, but a lack of communication from us is not acceptable. We should have acknowledged your messages and provided an update, regardless of how busy we were at the time.
