Fantastic service! Thank you Epping Doors Ltd and especially the owner, Diogo who saved the day. My previous window company let me down and did not turn up with the Bifold’s and windows I paid for. I had to order my Bifold’s and windows elsewhere which was supply only but needed them fitted. I was very cautious after what happened and many installers I found were very unreliable and Epping Doors Ltd jumped in and helped. They came out at short notice and installed the windows and doors. Dan and Andre were the installers and did a great job. Diogo has been fantastic throughout and replied to my messages quick and answered all my questions. Without Epping Doors I don’t know what I would have done.

From the moment I spoke to Diogo and meeting him at my house I knew I want his company to fit my windows and doors. As a business person myself I could tell he cared about his clients and wanted to offer a 1st class service. We are so overwhelmed with the quality, price and workmanship. Diogo and Epping Doors were an absolute pleasure to deal with. A base was laid, conservatory assembled and then finished to a high standard, with Diogo keeping us informed of progress.

From now on I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else besides Diogo for work on our house, so if you want to hire him - get in line!

I have had a new door, a new window and misted window panes replaced. All rubbish was removed. The installers were efficient and polite. I was especially pleased when my kitchen tiles remained intact when the old window was replaced. I would certainly recommend them to friends.

Diogo and his company gets 10 star rating from me. I had new front composite door with Yale keyless lock fitted. Excellent communication, good workmanship!
In addition, when my digital lock failed to open( negative rating to that Yale Lock), Diogo came in evening to help and replaced the new lock in his own time.

Diogo and his team did a great job supplying and fitting my new composite door. It's wider than average and many other providers couldn't get the size. He came back to adjust the door to ensure it closes smoothly (not always an easy job with tradesmen). Very happy and recommend to others

Diogo and his team assembled my new garden room, and did an excellent job. They worked extremely hard to get the job done on the short winter days, and worked well past sunset both days to get everything done. They also were happy to stay masked in the house, and even managed to avoid disturbing my husband, who was sleeping during the day after night shifts. Diogo is also an excellent communicator, and was always helpful and quick to respond to texts and emails. All of this for a reasonable price. I'd hire him and his team again in a heartbeat.
