Chosing the right supplements
Staff were helpful and friendly without trying sell. So much so that I left the shop went elsewhere where I found the same product but came back there to buy. I will definitely visit again

Hidden gem
I stumbled upon this beautiful shop on my search for some healthy chocolate. What a wonderful find, so much more than a health shop. The shop is full of wonderful crystals, candles and beautiful gifts. The lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend a visit.

Chilled friendly service
Calm friendly service. If I wasn’t rushing I would have browsed more. Only popped in for the drink. Lovely bracelet and I’ve wanted to pick up The Paulo Santo for a few weeks.

I did a click-and-pay and collect
I did a click-and-pay and collect, rather than a delivery. But it turns out that you are not supplied from shop stock, but that the item is sent from the warehouse.
Therefore if you want the item straightaway, it would be best to call the shop, check they have stock, and ask them to put the item aside for you to collect (the same as many other shops do) specifying the time you expect to be there.
Luckily I wasn't able to go in for a couple of days, so the items that I had already paid for were waiting for me in a box that had been sent from the warehouse - they did actually have stock, so I could have gone in on the day I ordered them and actually got them without paying first

Just to ensure that things have been understood correctly, please note that the order you placed was packed inside the shop by our colleague Liz, with who you spoke on the day over the phone, and was ready for your collection minutes after you made the order. It was never sent from any warehouse (which we don’t have as we are 1 shop micro-size business).
We apologise for the misunderstanding.

Liz was on duty again today and her enthusiasm and knowledge always gives me confidence in buying and using the specific items I chose.

Will keep coming back here
I was pleasantly surprised that my items were delivered on the same day (hours after I ordered them on a Sunday)! This is my second time purchasing online after visiting their store. As always, customer service was great and I am happy with my repeat and new orders. I will surely return for future orders.
