I want to give 0 star but can’t

I am still waiting for my parcel. It’s been over 1 month. It’s sketchy. There is no way I am shopping here again. I have yet to see the quality of my item. How are they still in business with all these negative ratings?

Do not purchase clothing from this site. It is cheap garbage produced in China and will look nothing like what you see on the website. The item I received was a blatant scam…it was constructed poorly of thin, cheap synthetic fabric with no shape or lining and bore no resemblance to what was described or shown on their site. It will, most likely, cost close to the $59 I paid to return to Hangzhou, China. At best, the dress is worth $2.99.

I placed an order on April 29th w Envy.
I finally received the tracking info after having to request it. They use PDN express. The order showed bring sent out for delivery from Toronto on May 22. It is now June 7.
No further updates on tracking. I have emailed Envy several times,asking for help to locate my order. I have received absolutely no positive help
or nor do they take responsibility for locating the missing order. Their emails suggest I contact the post office or PDN(who you can't reach), read their return policy(nothing to return) etc. They have refused a refund or even to offer to replace the order. I have since filed a dispute with the credit card company. They have asked that I close the dispute once I receive my order and to reach out if I have any concerns. My order is still missing. I am suggesting that anyone pause before placing an order with Envy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PROVIDER!!! The dress that was on the website vs the dress that arrived are NOTHING ALIKE! The material is scratchy, it looks like a potato sack, the colour is wrong and its not hemmed, and there is still chalk markings on it. I ordered this for an event (thinking that I might look great), but I wouldn't even wear this in front of my own family!

I have emailed the company three times so far for their returns and refund process, and are yet to make any headway (I didn't even get the 'keep it and you will get a discount' - maybe thats still to come). Will not ever be buying online again.

Bought 2 dresses...came from China..thought they were from Toronto. Site is a scam. Dresses are knock offs. Won't wear them. Have to pay shipping to China to return them. They offer discounts on next purchase..as if I would. Totally scammed. Buyer beware.

Complete SCAM. The dress I ordered looks nothing like what is shown on website. Cheap material, cheap workmanship and absolutely no shape. It looks like they took 2 squares of material and simply sewed them together. And they do not stand by their 100% guarantees. First offer was that I could keep the product and "enjoy" it and they would give mes 15% credit. Really?!!! I refused their offer. Today, their 2nd offer was to keep the product and "enjoy" it and they would give me a 30% credit. I likely don't have a choice here and will be forced to take their offer and take a loss I cannot afford. And the dress I received? I would be too embarrassed to donate it so it will go in the garbage. This company is not Canadian, it is just a front used to distribute cheap products manufactured in China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Stick with Amazon or Shein.

I ordered two dresses. They took forever to get here so I wasn’t able to try them on before I left on a cruise. When I finally received them (late!) I did not like the fit; I went to return them & was told I had to return them to China at my own expense… There is nothing on the website that says it’s up to us to send items back to China for an exchange or return (Even though it says Envy Toronto)
This feels like a scam and is so completely frustrating. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Use Amazon or SHEIN instead!!!!

I would not even give it a one star. Dress was not as advertised, could have bought the thing at Walmart for $8.00 ! Most disappointing purchase ever. Took over a month, went from China to Germany etc etc etc.

False advertising - leather goods not leather; cheap soles. Photos and actual products differ - super cheap! Website says 30 day money back guarantee - but only if you send goods back to CHINA at YOUR EXPENSE. Small partial refunds or credits offered. Feel totally scammed - wish I read the reviews first,

Oh, if only I had read the reviews prior to spending money on two items from this scammer.

The first item arrived a few weeks later. It was not true to size and the description was incorrect.....the pocket of the top was supposed to have sequins on it and, of course, there was not a sequin to be seen. I have also been getting the runaround with them offering me a 30% refund even though their refund policy states a full refund.

Stay with me.....it gets better. I ordered a second item at the same time which was a dress. This was out of stock so I asked for a refund as I had already received the top which was of very poor quality. They did, in fact, refund me the full amount but, of course, without the tax I paid. They are stealing from us all and every email I send to them comes back with the same answer which is a 30% refund even though they misrepresented the item advertised.

Please do not use this scammer as we are making them very wealthy each time we order. I am so mad with myself for being taken!

Received my order today … took over a month to receive, they shipped the wrong color, not at all what it looks like in the picture … totally disappointed and will NEVER be fooled by this company again.

DO NOT ORDER from this place. I’ve ordered one dress and they send me 2 of the same dress and charged me for 2. I’ve been asking for the return instructions and they keep giving me the run around after they have mentioned that they have a return process. I wont order from them again!

Unfortunately sizing sent TO ME was incorrect with size labels missing.
Partial refund being processed since December, VERY DISAPPOINTED

Honestly, I’ve never made a bad review but I’m going to say do not shop at this store. Do not believe anything they say. I ordered a jacket in December of the 18 and it’s February 13 and it still hasn’t arrived yet and I keep getting the same emails that it’s on its way and they won’t contact me and they won’t refund me. I’ve already explained to them. I want my money back and they haven’t replied only With the same emails and that they can’t refund me. I do not think nobody should buy anything from the store because they’re scammers and they keep sending you the same emails to keep you on the string and when you look at the tracking it was at the same place for the last three months , and it was a Christmas gift and 13th February at the moment do not buy anything from here . Not very trusting and do not buy anything from here. If you get the same emails and they’re not contacting me means this place is a scam. I spend so much money on a jacket when I could’ve bought it somewhere else cheaper.

If I could also rate no stars, I would! I realized quickly after my purchase of a jacket that this was not a Canadian seller and was a scam. The jacket came (with import costs) and was absolute horrific quality. I tried to get a refund and got the most ridiculous run around of responses asking me to consider 15% or 30% as return is to China and it will help the environment. Worst purchase I have ever made.

Textbook scam. Ordered through a Toronto online retailer, credit card charged by a company in Frankfurt, Germany. Item dropped shipped from a factory in China was at best a "Chinese Interpretation" of the advertised items design. They say on the website returns, no questions asked, we stand 100% behind our quality yet I know already where this is going, we're SOL.

If I could give no stars I would.
I ordered 2 jackets. 1 for my husband and 1 for myself. It was almost a month in shipping. Then I received absolute garbage. The quality was disgusting. No problem I thought because they have a 100% guarantee to return for 100% money back. I reach out to them and after about 10 emails back and forth they sent me a form to fill out to return. It apparently had to be returned to China, which I found out would have cost me $150 in return shipping. THeir solution was to keep the garbage product and they would refund me 30% of the cost. Unreal. DO not trust this company at all.

This place has to be a scam… I made an order 2 months ago and it has not moved and they won’t refund because it’s “on its way” they also funnel fake reviews to their site claiming to be from here saying how fast shipping is ….

Received a coat much later than shipping promised. Upon receipt, the jacket is defective (missing loops to connect inner shell), not anywhere true to size, and the material is not as advertised. Been trying to return for weeks with a lot of runaround and unreturned emails. “Guarantee” is bogus and I’d go as far to call this site a scam.
