Horrible Customer Service
Horrible Customer Service! I've never experienced a brand that charges so much for their merch to be so indifferent to customers. I bought an item. They ended up being too big. I let them know immediately and was told very deadpan that I needed to return it with a slip, etc. Fine. I sent it back immediately and provided the USPS tracking, confirming that it was received at their warehouse, just so they knew they had it. I got a cold response that it takes 14 days to issue a return.
I found the tone of the response a bit unfriendly and borderline passive-aggressive, but let it go. It is now 14 days, and I've heard nothing. I wrote to them saying, as a new customer, this is not feeling like the best experience. Their sole response was "It's actually 13 days. Should go through tomorrow." It wasn't 13 days. I literally counted on a calendar, but either way, this is how they respond??? So unprofessional, indifferent, and rude. Even though I openly accepted losing $41 for shipping (it does not cost that much to ship from California to my state), on top of the $22 I paid to send it back. I'm out of $63, but still stayed friendly, held up my end of the bargain, and they treat me as if I'm a nuisance while they're still in possession of my money. Never again.
