I bought t-shirt online from their store and paid for by card on first week of July, and instead of delivery within a week they sent email that it will take 16 days. I asked for refund and did not receive response, however now after 50 days I did not receive a refund neither the t-shirt. an absolute scam!!
Update on my last review. I since reported the company to the National Cyber Security Center, and also reported the company to their domain provider. I don't know which of those did it, but the website has been taken down. Anyone that has been a victim of this company, should contact their bank for a refund/chargeback, do not expect a refund back from the company, you'll not get anywhere with them.
⭐ 1 star – Still no delivery and no refund
I ordered football shirts from ENG Jersey on 6 July and they have still not been delivered.
I have contacted the company numerous times asking for this to be resolved and for my money to be refunded. Instead of simply refunding me for goods I have never received, I have been offered discount vouchers, which I have made very clear I do not want.
I paid for football shirts, not vouchers or discounts towards another purchase. After waiting this long and repeatedly chasing the company, I simply want my money back.
SCAM - The lack of resolution and the amount of effort I have had to put into trying to recover my own money has been extremely frustrating. I have now sent a final demand for a full refund and will be escalating the matter through my payment provider and the appropriate consumer channels if this is not resolved.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ENG Jersey. I will update this review if and when my refund is finally received.
One star is too much for these guys. Nearly two months for them to arrive , no reply’s to your emails and then the wrong sizes to what I ordered got sent.
I ordered two football shirts and although I got the bog standard email response that other reviewers have received they did eventually turn up after 3 weeks. I was very pleased with the shirts and they've washed up nicely 😀
STAY AWAY. ITS NOT A REAL SHOP. They're scammers. I've ordered 2 Jerseys back in July and still haven't received anything. I emailed them and I get a very long message of nothing.. they just lead you on.
When I emailed to find out what's happening with the jerseys the replies I've been getting is that it takes 7 days to produce the jerseys and 7-14 days. Every email they send they tell you that they will do it now! it's been over a month!
Utter scam stay away, they send the same emails stating that your items are ready to send etc etc and never sent. Thankfully Paid via PayPal and they stepped in and refunded the money...
Non supply of purchased junior kit.
Absolute lies sent as response to enquiry as to order status with factions tracking number but no courier details advised when asked for.
It would appear to be a total rip off and scam, suggest anyone considering purchase via this site stay well clear.

I got my money, but only because I bought through PayPal.
Order never received, 3 emails were replied to, only to tell me it would take 7/10 days to process the order - 21 days later they ignored my emails.
ZERO STARS. Absolute scam company. Not sent order. Took the money. No response in weeks to any emails. Do not buy anything from this place. Need reporting to trading standards.
I ordered two jersey from this website over four weeks ago and still have not received my items. They raised a label with Royal Mail according to one of their emails back to me, but any time I check the tracking code it says “we’re expecting it” which indicates it hasn’t entered the Royal Mail system I.e. was never posted by EngJersey. The correspondences from them are few and far between. When they do respond they are very rote responses and do not offer any solution. I would avoid ordering from them.
I purchased 2 T-shirts from them , never got a confirmation email, kept email them . Vague response, never got my item and could not get my money back . Potential fraud.
Scammers pretending to be based in the UK, advertising a fake phone number and address. Beware of such fraudsters. They take your money and ignore your emails. BEWARE
