Great RMA process

Bought an XM2 8K V2 from them on Amazon and it was good aside from a defect with the sensor that I thought was a mousepad issue initially.

Over a month after purchase I contacted support with a video and my own thorough troubleshooting steps. Endgame support (shoutout to Eli) sent a shipping label for the broken mouse after confirming some details, and sent a new mouse with 2-day Amazon Logistics shipping around 48 hours after the broken mouse was processed at the RMA center.

Response times for support email is around 1-2 business days, and the RMA center is in the US so the RMA process was easy and didn't take that long for a free replacement.

I shipped my broken mouse out on the evening of the 7th, the replacement arrived at my door on the 17th - so about 10 days where I was using my old mouse because the RMA label is via Fedex Ground.

The new mouse functions as expected, love it and I would say Endgame is a good brand for peripherals. A bit pricey, but worth the cost. Hopefully QA is good enough that my experience is just a fluke.

Successful OP1 8k RMA thanks to Eli from the support team.

I wanna start this off by saying Eli was great, if I was rating individual people and not the company as a whole I’d give them a 5. Quick replies despite the Germany -> US time difference, extremely helpful and straight to the point instead of wasting both of our times.

The reason I can’t give the full company a 5 star is because the first time I was on support went a lot different and was 2-3 weeks of emailing back and still never really got to a resolution then, so I do think it depends who responds to your ticket initially.

I was having disconnect issues starting back in August about 6 months after receiving the mouse for no reason at all, I contacted support when it started happening and they sent me a replacement cable—that didn’t fix it so they pretty much didn’t give me anymore info on what to do. This time around was a lot different. Eli answered my support ticket the next business day and asked me for proof of purchase along with a video of my problem, the next day after that they already sent me a fedex label for it to be sent in for a full RMA. After they received it, it only took two days for them to already have a new one being sent out.

I have had a lot of mice throughout the years, both cheap and expensive, and out of all those mice I haven’t liked one more than my OP1 8k. Genuinely can’t recommend the mouse enough and I think I might’ve just got unlucky with mine.

That being said, I really do love this mouse but if for whatever reason you have to contact support I definitely think it matters who responds to your ticket, but if you’re looking for a new mouse I wouldn’t recommend anything more than the OP1 8k, I just hope you don’t have issues with it like I did and can enjoy the mouse with no problem.

I was having an issue with my mouse…

I was having an issue with my mouse about a year after purchasing it (XM2 8k). They offered a few troubleshooting steps but when nothing would work they gave me a shipping label to send it to them, and then they sent me a brand new replacement mouse for free. Awesome support experience!

Scroll wheel issue and support help

I had an issue with the scroll wheel of my op14k, I was able to get a new replacement after sending a video of the issue and then sending my mouse.
I would've hoped that I would be able to get the new replacement by only showing the issue however you have to send the faulty mouse before they send you a new one

Had a mouse and I loved it but it broke…

Had a mouse and I loved it but it broke and I reach out to the support team who tried to help me fix it but ended not working so they sent me a new mouse even though it was out of warranty. I had a great experience with the support team going back and forward and my best experience with a support team yet!

Gamingmouse

Habe dort vor ca. 6 Jahren eine Gamingmouse gekauft. Diese war nach einigen Wochen defekt, aber der Support hat sie direkt ausgetauscht. Ich nutze sie noch heute und bin sehr zufrieden mit Optik, Verarbeitung und Haltbarkeit.

Really good support

I'm not sure about the rest of the people but the support I got was amazing. My op1 8k broke and I asked about warranty and basically approved my replacement almost instantly. They cut me a lot of slack such as even though they weren't able to provide me a refund, I asked if I could instead get sent a OP1 8K v2 and they approved. They asked for original packaging but they allowed it in whatever I packed it in. Also response was relatively fast. Like if I sent an email, on average, I'd get a response in like 6-12 hours.

Reconnexion à chaque boot

Ma souris Endgame Gear Op1 doit être déconnectée et reconnectée à chaque démarrage du PC...
Après contact du support, ils me disent que c'est parce qu'il faut l'utiliser sur un port USB-A et pas USB-C

Faudrait peut-être le préciser dès la vente !!!!

Mon ticket d'incident a été finalement clôturé sans solution alors que je leur propose un échange avec une wireless

Disappointment Would be Understatement

I have sent inquiry to the EndGame Gear 3 times, several days apart, regarding their keyboard I was planing on purchasing, not a single reply ( i'm glad I didn't purchase before I email them)
Also, my OP1 8K mouse started disconnecting, I have requested support, not a single response.
Disappointment is an understatement.
As someone have mentioned, if you buy any of their product, it's a gamble, when it works, it works, but when it breaks, you are on your own.
I did not see that coming, terrible customer support.
Never endgame product again.

Trojan in software, they tried to hide it.

So i recently discovered their software was trojanized with xred , and they have not made a public statement about it, then quitely replaced the zjp file with a clean version making them look GUILTY. im now reinstalling windows cuz of that, thanks egg.

Great mouse, rubbish support.

Good Mouses really that promise what they should do.

However if anything goes wrong they have the worst support I have ever had to meet in IT.

If the device is broken and overheating when plugged in, till the point of smelling melting plastic.
It is absolutely pointless to demand a video of it not working. What do you want, a video with a thermal camera? Cause other than that, there is nothing to be seen. Nor do I have the stuff and time to make and edit a proper video.

Wasting time and data is not how to treat your customers. Never ever had such a bad experience.
The only positive is that they first overed a replacement cable. (Which did nothing, but I gladly try if it saves wasting things)

If you buy, it's a gamble. If it fails? Get ready for endless wastes of time. The one star is for the cable and mouse(When it worked)
But never again.

Very high and hidden shipping fees

I ordered a "OP1 8k Gaming Mouse - Purple Frost Limited Edition" mouse.
The costs were:
mouse: ~= CHF 53
UPS shipping: CHF 15
Before the delivery UPS billed me an additional
UPS brokerage fee: CHF 25
which was not mentioned when I placed the order.

Therefore the shipping total is
CHF 15+25 = 40
for a mouse that costs
CHF 53.

This is totally unacceptable.
If I had known the total price I wouldn't have placed the order.

Be aware that this company doesn't disclose the full price and you'll get slapped you with additional bills.

great specs with bad support

First, I bought endgame x1mr because everyone was recommneding it and with great sesnor, in the first 3 months it was all good
then things start to happen and the first is of many ( yes there was too many problem )
the wheel was skipping 1 notch each time you move it up or down, but fixed it with doing software update which is 1.8.40..
then a second problem happened
and clicks became unstable, I don't know how to explain it but lets say you clicked 1 click on folder, then the mouse/pc reads it as 2 click and then open it
tried again to download a new update which is the BETA Update 1.9.46
then everything got fixed... but thats not all
in this august the mouse started to disconnect and reconnect again and again, didn't give a much about it but then died in the time of the review
contacted thier support " which everyone claims they atleast give you a new cable to fix this issue " ( again this issue is not only happened to me but many, you can search it up reddit )
and all I got is they can do it free of charge if I was in EU-CA-US which I am not, so now I have a piece of plastic with sensor, unless I get a new cable on my own
to be honest this was a great mouse but too many problems, instead of plug n play I got to deal with notch skip,software update, cable problem

They took preorders for a mouse and…

They took preorders for a mouse and still haven't delivered in 2.5+ years. I would not trust this company to make your gaming gear as they simply do not deliver. I would to other companies who listen to their customers and actually produce products. If you want an endgame gear mouse prepare to wait to the endgame of your life.

Super Support-Erfahrung, schnelle Ersatzteillieferung

Bei meiner 3 Jahre alten XM1 war ein Sidebutton stecken geblieben und funktionierte nicht mehr zuverlässig. Ich habe den Endgame Gear Support ohne große Erwartungen (Produkt außerhalb der Garantie/Gewährleistung) kontaktiert und mir wurde schnell geantwortet und freundlich und bestens geholfen. Habe eine Woche später die kostenlosen Ersatzteile in der Post gehabt. Besseren Support kann man sich kaum wünschen.

Company does not respect or care about warranty

Bought a mouse in Amazon a few months ago. The scroll wheel does not work anymore. I contacted the company for a repair or refund. They told me to contact the seller in Germany that sold me the mouse.This seller goes by the name Okluge in Amazon. He also refused to repair it or change it and said it was an Amazon thing to take care but Amazon only takes care the first 30 days than it is the manufacturer or the reseller responsability to take care of warranties.
All in all, a very negative experience with this company.
