Smooth, cheaper than other options, functional and informative platform. The advisers are there to support whenever is needed.

I've shopped around for a few R&D tax credit solutions - all quite pricey - and often come with the illusion that they do a lot of work for you.

Can say that the support I got from EmpowerRD was above and beyond what I expected. Helped me out a lot. Price is v reasonable. Account manager was great.

Will be doing again next year. Can't recommend enough. Good luck for the future.

Nice people to deal with, and particularly helpful around information gathering and understanding what we needed to do to get a successful claim. (Which it was)

The only downside was that HMRC were running 2+ months late with processing. It would have been wonderful had EmpowerRD kept us up to date with what the latest estimated processing times were. Instead, I had to keep chasing them for the info. If they automatically added this info-sharing to their service, then it would have been a 5*.

Fantastic service. This is not just a platform that they leave you to work through on your own, as I feared. The team are on top of everything and really helpful. Whole process took no time at all and was very painless.

The Team at EmpowerRD are excellent, they walked us through our R&D claim step by step. They are super acceptable to receiving calls and the feedback they provide is apt on all cases. They work in detail with you and your team on what you can claim back. Four weeks after the claim was entered we received a cheque from the HRMC and it would not have been possible if it wasn't for this business. The cost is extremely cheap for the service. I'd give 10 stars if possible!!!

This company sent me unsolicited e-mail - not just one e-mail, not two, but three. Why would you trust doing business with someone who thinks that's acceptable?

In addition, they are challenging negative reviews on Trustpilot in a bid to get them removed. Wonder how many other negative reviews are not being seen for this company?

Unsubscribe links are often used by less scrupulous people to confirm that an e-mail address has someone reading the mail and should be avoided when the sender is unknown. It would also suggest that I subscribed in the first place, which I did not.

I have no idea where you got my e-mail address from, but I've certainly never provided it to a company and then given that company permission to sell on my e-mail address, so I would suggest that your company may want to pay more attention to GDPR. You may also want to seek a refresher on common courtesy and not repeatedly e-mail someone who has not responded to your initial e-mail.

As for using your company, that's never going to happen. Just like I wouldn't have my drive tarmacked by some random person knocking on my door (to be shocked when it went horribly wrong), I certainly wouldn't entrust my business to some random company who have sent me unsolicited e-mails. Given that it is the directors of a company who would be responsible to HMRC if it turned out your R&D tax advice was completely wrong, I would caution other people against using a company who have to resort to mass mailings to drum up business.

Whilst there is a level of self service, EmpowerRD staff were incredibly helpful throughout. Their portal is user friendly and their industry knowledge second to none. My claim was paid out at 100%.

On top of this, their fees are excellent value and very price competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend EmpowerRD

Hari and his team are fantastic at dealing with R&D Claims. The platform is really good and helps with collaboration within the team. The pricing is very competitive and the quality of advice is second to none. I would recommend EmpowerRD to all entrepreneurs and will definitely use them again.
