Very happy with the performance of the cooktop. Surprised to learn some of my stainless steel pots were not usable.

So far so good with the ordering process. I’ll rate my experience again, once the oven arrives and unpacking.

Your site said I estimated shipping would be Dec 17-19. Now it's not getting delivered until the 20th. which means the tenant is without a cooktop until the following Monday. If it's coming from NJ, there is absolutely no way it would have been here the next day.

Our old wall oven died. After some measuring I found I needed an oven that was 24" wide. Looking at several ovens online, I found this Empava 24WOA01 24" single wall oven and it did have a good rating and also had a good price! I ordered directly from the Empava website which got me an additional 5% discount and a full 4 year warranty. I also really like that this oven has three analog knobs: Temperature, Oven Function, and a Timer. I did NOT want some kind of all digital, WiFi equipped, touch-screen, overly-complicated oven. Another extra good thing about this oven is it is about 1/3 the price of a "name brand" oven!! And we also bought an extra rack for it - Which I recommend doing.
I placed my order and it got here a few days later. I opened the box and the oven appeared to be in perfect shape - Not a single dent or scratch! This was packaged very well. It also is a very nice looking appliance!!
After placing it on a table to look it over I discovered the first problem. When I closed the door, I could hear a glass rattling inside the door. NOT broken glass, but a pane of glass inside the door was loose. I looked in the manual and it showed how to remove the inner door glass which I did. The middle glass was completely loose. I was able to put it back where it belonged and got it securely held in place. I want to make clear I don't blame Empava for this. It was shipped 1/2 way across the country and I am sure it was a rough ride.
The oven was installed and that is where we found the next problem - Which I do blame Empava for!! The oven works perfectly except for one thing: The convection fan in the oven rattles - One of the blades is hitting something in there as it turns. If this was test run at the factory, I don't know how they could have missed this.
So here we are - It is all finished and installed and ready to go. What did we do?? We just ran it. After a while the rattling fan started to get quieter. I believe running it caused the fan to "self clearance" and it's getting quieter. And if it goes bad on me? Well I do have that 4 year warranty...
We followed the instructions and before cooking anything we cranked the heat up for a 1/2 hour and then let it cool down. This is done to burn off any odors or residue from when it was made. After that, it's ready for cooking.
And so far, the oven works great!! We love it!! If wasn't for the rattling convection fan - I would have given it 5 stars.

I bought an induction cooktop, which died on first use.

item arrived damaged... left email and phone call and no response yet. now have to wait for another delivery when ever someone gets ahold of me

Do not waste your time or money with empava!! Serious design flaw in thier jetted tub. Doesn't drain so each time you use it old sewage water comes out with black mold, you have to fill the tub and turn it on, then clean it, drain and fill it back up to actually use it. Today the jet broke entirely despite using it less than a dozen times because it is so much work to use it. We have had it less than 4 months. Empava won't even return an email, you get an auto response saying repsones are slow due to high volume and short staff. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

Ordered tub on July 1, and was told it would be 3-4 month before we received. I said no problem. We’re on October 16 and still have not received it. I called over 20 times and no one answers the phone. I’ve emailed several times and finally received a response after I went through and posted several poor reviews. This company has zero communication skills.

Other than waiting for over 6 months, our experience was good. Packaging was very protective and our order arrived in pristine shape.

My problem with Empava is the lack of communication. Nobody answer the phone and nobody reply to Emails. This is absolutely not the proper way to conduct business.
