Emma was very professional throughout the property purchase. She identified a lease issue with the papers provided by the seller conveyancer. Although the seller did not resolve that in time and the purchase became abortive, Emma protected our interest and we are relieved not to have purchased the property given the issue. We would not hesitate to instruct Emma to act for us again once we identify another property to purchase.
