back in november, i saw a tiktok from michelle about the lip stains and i was already suspicious because the last time i heard about her, she was doing cult business. anywho, i still trusted her as a beauty guru and ended up buying 3 of them from their official website. she was an absolute inspiration to me growing up with youtube.
it never arrived, so i reached out to customer service. i got an automated response email stating they'd get back to me within 3 business days, which was reasonable. 2 weeks passed though and i was worried, so i sent another email. another automated response. 3 months now and no reply from them. i tried to reach out to the BBB to try to get a response from them somehow, and even the BBB stated they couldn't get a hold of them. so i emailed EM cosmetics ONE more time and nothing. it's one thing to not reply to me, but imagine ignoring the better business bureau.
essentially my money has just been stolen. i've never witnessed anything like this from a company. she really must still be in the cult doing some scamming type stuff cause this is actually crazy. even if there was nothing they could do about my lost package, at the very least they could've gotten back to me stating so.
