Very unprofessional and dishonest company
very unprofessional, poor service, no communication and it can always get worse!
I have moved 20+ times in my life in different countries and this is the by far absolute WORSE LANDLORD I have worked with.
- I moved out of the apartment 3 months ago. the "etat de lieux" report says ZERO damage, I left the apartment in better conditions than I got it and they are refusing to return my deposit and not replying to my emails. last time I heard from them they said they are waiting for the accountant department to do the calculations and that was ages ago, then they are just ignoring my emails.
- the communication has been always very difficult, not very polite, and zero helpful
- they "accidentally" canceled my internet 2 months before I moved out of the apartment and did not fix it until the day I moved out. Ignored all my emails and NEVER REFUNDED the extra amount I spent on the mobile data (and they said they would reimburse me - I sent all the invoices and of course I did not receive anything!). and it was the worse months to have no internet as I was working from home and also organising everything to move.
- When I visited the apartment - before moving in, they said the wardrobe and laundry machine would be installed before the day I would move. and when I moved in there was nothing installed and they didn't say a word about that. They took MONTHS to install it and refused the give a discount on the rent for that. and they kept rescheduling the services so many times, disturbing all my work trips. and they said the laundry machine would be a washing and drying - at the end it was just washing - very convenient with the weather in Brussels.
- So I strongly advise everyone to run away from this company! very dishonest and very bad service overall.
