What a disappointing experience. I placed the order at the end of last November for 3 items. I received an email to say they had been despatched by 2nd class tracked. I got no tracking number. After a week I sent an email, then filled in the online help form and heard nothing. I had to phone and was told one of the items had been due in but was not yet with them but was expected that week.
By the week before Christmas I had to phone again and ask for the two items that were in stock to be despatched. I did receive these and then patiently waited till after the Christmas break for the final cd.
By the end of January I was still waiting, and another phone call was made after another ignored online form.
Although still advertised as in stock on the website, the item was not, and a refund of this cd was agreed upon.
It came as no surprise that this refund never appeared in my account, and I had to send a very forceful email/online form to demand my refund, which I duly received a couple of days later.
All in all, terrible customer service.
Advertising items not in stock. Falsely sending emails to say items have been despatched/refunds have been processed. Not answering emails or online queries. Having to be constantly chased by the customer.
I would have continued to be a customer if things had been dealt with promptly, but I think the fool me once rule applies here.

The worst experience of my life. A very unprofessional guy, never responds. I never received my order and, of course, my money was not refunded.

Quick despatch and quality cd. And a bargain too (Predator Cd). Highly recommended!

Well, let's make it clear : Elite Soundtracks sells both official and not so official CDs. When you want a soundtrack limited cd that is already sold out or a CD that was never sold (like blue thunder for instance) you may find there an unofficial copy. It usually takes a couple of weeks to get it from the UK but the CD is near like the original and the quality is there too. You can go to eBay and buy a second hand cd for 90 USD or a bootleg for 20 USD... The choice is yours. As for my part, I have never been disappointed with my choice.

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS
I placed an order for No Time To Die Expanded 2CD album. Unfortunately I had not read the reviews beforehand. I received an Order Confirmation, but then NOTHING. I asked if the order had been processed after 5 days. Again, I received an order Processed e-mail, but nothing to say it was dispatched. There was no response to my e-mails, so I had to contact via the website.
I had to threaten further action, including taking offline the eBay shop he has, reporting to Action Fraud and whatever else I could think of. I got a refund, fortunately.

I do not know how this site can continue to advertise when there is clearly no intent to provide the items to customers.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! BUY FROM THIS SITE AT YOUR PERIL!

I placed an order on Tuesday 7th May 2024 and have been waiting for almost seven months. Only one out of two items was delivered. This seller marked on my invoice that the other item would follow but still nothing. No updates, no tracking system for order and the seller did nothing to help. I even sent several
emails with photos and copies of the invoice proving this and still nothing.

Elite Soundtracks, what a joke more like the dreg of society. It should be banned from being allowed to sell online and everywhere else. I have had much better merchants fulfill their their end(s) of the bargain.

Beware! Ordered three years ago, got nothing. In the beginning seller promised to send items or even telling he had sent them. No tracking no., no delivery.
NO MONEY BACK! Cheat and lie is all he did. No answers anymore during the last years.
His only aim is to exceed the money back deadline at paypal with his excuses and lies! 🤥

Scam company do not buy anything from them I've lost my money

I placed an order (Alien Isolation OST) on the 28/10/24 directly through the seller's website over 18+ days ago, expecting delivery via Tracked 48-hour service. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller for an update, they have failed to respond or provide any explanation.

To make matters worse, the same item is still being actively listed on their eBay store, which raises serious concerns about their business practices. Their complete lack of communication and failure to deliver the product have been incredibly frustrating!

I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller, whether on eBay or through their website.

DONOT ORDER FROM THIS PERSON HE IS NOTHING BUT A CON ARTIST CD NEVER ARRIVED AND NEVER ANSWERED THE SAME MOBILE WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL WHICH MESSAGES WERE NEVER ANSWERED ORDERED MINE IN MARCH STILL TRYING TO GER A REFUND IN SEPTEMBER

I ordered a CD on 26 March 2024. It hadn't arrived by 16 April 2024 so I wrote a message to the seller. they advised that 'stock is on the way after being held up by the supplier. However as you opened a case ebay only allows 3 days to either send or refund'. I decided to wait. I chased it again months later. No response. I tried calling in August 2024 and the number went straight to voicemail. Further, there was no response from their direct email address. As so much time has passed I cannot request a refund from my bank so I have lost £50.

I would never deal with this company again. They debited the money immediately. I received no confirmation of the order or any communication that they had received it. Sent a message via their website after a week and got no response. I managed to find their sales email address and was told they were on holiday and would resume delivery when they returned. My order never turned up so I requested a refund from my bank. Avoid!
