Do not book 'Elite Filming' for your wedding! They take full payment upfront before they produce any draft footage for review. that is a typical sign of a rogue trader or fraud. What they show on their website is a scam, you will NOT obtain the same quality footage.

We had an Asian wedding in the summer, which is a popular time to get married, so they should have been more prepared - they sent what seemed like a quivering intern who was unable to operate a simple sliding stand for the camera. So all the key moments are riddled with shaky footage and jerky bumps when the camera hit the side of the slide-rail! We paid 1.5k for shoddy work. Booking them was the worst decision of our wedding! We regret interacting with them.

This is what they had to say to explain the poor quality footage and lack of work on our project:

"Please bare in mind you went for our bronze package (1 cameraman) which limited with what we can film, you also had 2 other photographers and our cinematographer all in small space whilst the ceremony was happening. The environment provided to us was very limited in movement and extremely difficult to film in."

- So they blamed the poor work and footage on our price package and the setup of our wedding... It shows they do not treat their customers equally and clearly have no experience in Asian weddings. Literally every Asian wedding has almost an identical setup, yet they were not able to deliver a basic non-shaky video footage. That should at least be the absolute minimum?!?! We did not pay such a huge sum of money for something that could have been done for free on a mobile! Such a joke.

THEY DID NOT SHOW ANY EFFORT TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. Even after chasing for a compromise by email every week for 3 months, they were unable to even respond to emails. After countless emails with no responses we tried reaching them on instagram and facebook, but they just blocked our accounts. They have blocked our mobile numbers.

It has been over 2 years since our wedding... we have spent an additional 3 months straight chasing. I do not normally write reviews, but I simply cannot believe this situation... No communication. No work. No effort. They took our money and have not delivered anything for it. A sham. Utter disappointment and a huge scar on our beautiful wedding. You have been warned. Do not book these fraudsters. Do not put yourself through years of stress and for this useless company.

What can we do, we are still chasing for a refund. How can they treat people like this. I will have to take this up with my solicitors or financial ombudsman and see if I can get a more formal process in place. Shockingly bad. Although at the rate they are going, the company may not even be around for much longer.

We book Elite filming for our Civil, Jaggo and Wedding day events. They have done a fantastic job with all the photography but videos too! Even better was the fact that we got to edit the videos as we please, add and change song where we wanted too. We can truly say they have been amazing throughout. Thank you very much!

They get a 2 rating because team as very good when it came to interacting with the family. They were on time, respectful to all our guests and dressed professionally. Truth be told, as a couple we enjoyed their interaction whilst they were taking our photos/videography. Their downfall is in the editing

They captured most of our day. The only problem was when we had dual cover on the main day, my wifes side of the filming was short, and when it came to editing, it got even shorter.

The customer service we received post wedding was really good, very understanding but unfortunately they were unable to resolve some issues and their solutions were not what we originally agreed, typical cowboy excuses. Still have not received a refund

The main wedding day was misaligned timing wise, e.g. people were out in the court yard one minute, then in the seating area then back in the courtyard. We had to spend near enough 3 hours at their head office to rearrange the timeline.

We had proofs where there were large sections of black screen, which we had to get removed. Clearly no one actually watched the videos before they sent them to us. We had to literally write everything down to the second, so they can re edit to the way it should be

We ended up with a stuttery Bluray DVD, and when I asked for it to be corrected, they could correct the actual file but were unable to burn it on to a Bluray without stutter, which was very disappointing. Their solution was to give it to us on a cheap USB stick.

Who gives their wedding film to friends and family to watch on a USB, clearly it was a way to get around their problem. Not something we agreed to.

Harry did the best he could with the tools he had, clearly some equipment upgrades are needed.

All in all it took them near enough 15 months to give us a substandard product, big difference from the original 6-8 months that were quoted and the product that was miss-sold to us.

In conclusion, I would not recommend these guys to anyone. The disappointing feeling is very hard to get rid of, especially when you pay the kind of money they charge.
