the company was very communicative and sent the order quickly which was very convenient. Unfortunately the color match and printing was not the best quality - the logo we have is dark grey and the fabric we chose was dark green and it seems the color of the fabric has affected the print of the logo making the grey appear greener in certain lighting - we would recommend getting a white fabric background to avoid this issue.

Ordered tablecloths 3 weeks ago. Have not been delivered, repeated email requests to enquire re order no response from company. Dissapointed. and no refund.

The company were helpful prior to placing my order and my table cloth arrived within two days. It is a beautiful colour, good quality, great value and enhanced my tablescape. it also washed very well after the first use.

Chair covers are not arch front as advertised, are flat front. I was told I was wrong and to put them on a chair which I did and sent photos to show. No resolution or customer service.

Excellent service and product! I meant to review earlier. I ordered some printed table runners late one evening and had a shipping confirmation the next morning. I really thought I’d made a mistake and ordered blank ones as it was so quick, but they were printed and are great.
Would definitely recommend and will be back!

i've not actually received my order yet... it's now 3 days late

Evrything about the service is great, knocked a star off because the second batch of seat covers appear to be smaller/less material than the first batch I bought. I know variations can occur, but the difference between the two batches was too much, considering I bought the second batch based on the first.

I could still use them so I didn't complain or return them, but if it was consistent it would be 5 stars.

Extremely Disappointing Service and No Accountability

We ordered branded tablecloths from this company and supplied them with a complete, high-resolution image showing exactly how the final design should look — including both our logo and branded stripes.

Despite this, they chose to only print the logo and ignored the rest of the design. Their excuse? “We don’t have a graphic designer” and “we only check resolution.” At no point did they flag any issue or ask for a different format — they just printed the wrong thing and hoped we wouldn’t notice.

When challenged, they refused to accept responsibility and even had the nerve to ask for more money to reprint them correctly — essentially charging us to fix their own mistake.

No apology. No solution. No accountability. Completely unprofessional.

Avoid this company if you value clear communication, customer service, or receiving what you actually paid for.

Just like Next Day Catering Equipment they don’t reply to phone calls or emails. Very frustrating and basically useless. I wouldn’t order from this company again.

If there was a minus option I would choose that. Please avoid terrible customer service. Colours are not as described and these are very poor quality. I tried to discuss and exchange for another colour to be told I could not. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid
