I own 1 cloak and 2 jackets from this company. Can't wait to buy another cloak!

Electro Threads has incredible products! I've been ordering with them for years, everything from Cybercloaks to Shoes. The designs are memorable and I get compliments and questions from random folks on the street all the time about them.

The product quality is great, however the customer service is completely lacking. I spent $500 on cloaks and was told to wait up to 18 days for a shipping notification. After over a month of waiting with no responses at all, I started reaching out to check the status of my order. I reached out through email, phone, and social media over the course of the next month and did not get one single response from anyone at electro threads. Even just to tell me that my order was indeed being made, but was late. It took almost two full months to get my order. Yes the cloaks are cool and comfy, but the transparency and communication from the company were a real let down and I will shop elsewhere in the future for gear like this.

It has been 4 months since we placed our order (~$900 CAD). In that timeframe, I have reached out 3 times via email and chat and have been responded to 0 times.

Our order has not even shipped yet and I can't even access the items we paid for. I am currently in the process of filing q chargeback through my credit card company for fraudulent, unfulfilled items.

This company lies, blatantly ignores their own policies and promotes fraudulent sales practises.

Avoid them unless you'd like to waste months of your time without a single update, reply or idea if what you've paid your money for, is ever going to arrive.

Its a scammer website, they just take your money and dont send the order

Disappointing all around.

I messaged twice to get a size change immediately after I ordered and was ignored both times.

When the shorts arrived they didn't look the same as they did online

The order took a month to arrive.

Customer service is non existent so you better not need an exchange or have ordered the wrong size.

Only received 2 of 8 tanks. Ordered May 2. It is now July 2. I called customer service, sent several emails, reached out on social media. This business is a straight scam. I am working with my bank, have already disputed the charge.

The size I ordered didnt fit. I ordered another size. Y'all didn't have it. Y'all said y'all would refund me y'all sorted me $10 on the. Refund.

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ordered an item in January that was supposed to have a 12 week production time. After 14 weeks, I reached out to them and they said to allow another 2 weeks as there had been a delay in production. 2 weeks later and still no update in the order status so I reached out again and they admitted they had lied in their previous email, and that production hadn't even started yet. After that any further emails I sent them for updates went completely ignored. Had to resort to bashing them on their social media and submitting a complaint to the BBB, which is when I finally received the item in June, nearly 3 months late. The cloak i bought from them is lovely, but definitely not worth the aggravation I was put through dealing with them, and i honestly cant even enjoy wearing it at this point. Also came to find afterward that many others have had similar experiences dealing with them as well. Will never buy anything from this company again

Products appear to be of good quality. Never been able to wear one as my size was small and sent for an exchange. Took them nearly a month to finally let me know that they weren’t carrying the onesies anymore. Their customer service is so slow it’s constipated. Very appealing products but I will not purchase from them again. Expect long wait times as items are sourced from Asia.

Purchased a product. Product received was not as described. Contacted for refund. Response took a long time, but I was told I would be refunded after sending it back.

A month and a half later, no refund has been received.

I own a few, and each one is beautifully crafted and the most comfortable thing I own. Bought one for a friend recently and she is in love with it. Shipping can be a bit slow, but its worth the wait!

Okay so this is now the most gorgeous piece I will ever own. As soon as I opened the package and threw it on, I knew this was now going to be my second skin. This is a fully functional art piece and I'm so glad to be apart of the Electro fam now. This thing oozes quality and it just don't get any better than this. After a ton of research I just knew I had to go with Electro threads. I am so glad I did. Worth every damn penny AND worth every damn second of impatiently waiting for this cloak to be made and shipped.

Electric Threads is an excellent company. Everything is well made and beautiful designs to choose from. I highly recommend this company

Cloros are amazing & the fabric is fabulous

I always love the quality products from Electro Threads. The only dislike is this last time I ordered at the beginning of December for Christmas presents I did not receive the 2 items until mid February. I was told at the end of December it would be shipped out in the next week and a month later was told it was just being made. I felt the communication was poor and it would be nice to just be upfront with customers. I have been shopping here for about 6-7 years. So just bear in mind if you are thinking of a gift for someone that there could be a huge discrepancy on the delivery time they say in the email so order it ahead of time.
