Very quick delivery and great customer service. The DAB radio I received seemed to have some faults, so a quick e mail to ElectroMarket got an immediate response offering return with a full refund or a doorstep exchange for like for like radio. Doorstep exchange was selected and less than 48 hours lapsed for UPS to swap units

Bought a DAB stereo
Bought a DAB stereo. Reason I bought this one was because of the super quick delivery that was advertised. Said it'd be DPD next day. In reality, it's yodel and it won't be here for another day or two.
Can't stand false advertising!

Great and very interesting to have radios with internet and DAB combined in one unit device. It would be very smart if the ( audizio Livorno radio adapter ) has BT connectivity with the speakers . . .but still 5 ⭐️

i purchased a mixer and it was faulty i…
i purchased a mixer and it was faulty i spoke with the company and asked if i could upgrade so i paid the upgrade £80 and they were happy to do so. i was told that the new item would be arriving the next day via UPS. a time slot was given (by UPS) of 9.30am to 11 30am it is now 1900 hrs and i have received a message that it will hopefully be deliver tomorrow but no time slot having wasted a full day.
i spoke to the customer service (Electromarket) who was very unhelpful and just said that he could not do anything about,it. no offer of trying to contact UPS via phone just sorry i cant do anything.
while i understand that they are using a courier service they pick the company to act as an agent for them, really poor customer service and i wont be using them again i will be going back to my usual supplier Gear4Music ltd who have never failed me in resolving any issue.

While we always strive to provide the best customer service possible, there are times when we are limited in the support we can offer especially when it comes to couriers, we can only try to request updates on when deliveries will happen but cannot guarantee when this will take place.
