Wrong item, no exchange organised, then no other resolution offer but pay again or miss sons birthday
Unfortunately, I was sent the completely wrong item. An amp was ordered, and a classical guitar was received.
When an email from them stated .
'The earliest we can do this is the 22nd May'. for an exchange, and my reply was ' yes that's no problem, would you be able to find out what sort of time it would be? ' When they replied, stating they couldn't confirm the time, not asking for confirmation if I wanted to continue, not stating they wouldn't arrange it on the date spoken about unless I confirmed? Poor communication on that front. I assumed as I already confirmed the date was not a problem, that the exchange was arranged.
We waited until 1530 to call and chase, as we know most of our local delivery men, and were told the exchange was never arranged because they didn't confirm that it was done and stated 'We did not have any confirmation that you wanted to do the exchange'. Even though I already had confirmed the date was fine i was just curious if times were given.
No resolution was given apart from me having to pay for another Amp and next-day delivery. Or wait until after my son's birthday for it to be swapped as their couriers do not do exchanges on weekends.
Was told that no goodwill gesture of resending out the correct item could be done until the wrong item was returned first.
Returned the item myself to an Evri drop-off point. Assured a refund will happen once the item is back with them, however, this doesn't help. I have today and the weekend to resolve a main part of my son's present on Monday, and I have to pay again regardless for their errors!. Safe to say I won't be using them again, and certainly if an item is needed for a present.

Of course, sending you the wrong item was a mistake, and we apologise for that happening.
With regards to the exchange, we did not confirm that the exchange was set up and we were waiting on more information from you. Having read through the emails, i can see that there was a bit of a communication misap.
The fact that it was a bank holiday weekend unfortunately made an exchange on the Monday impossible, so the option to buy a new amp was so that it would have arrived in time for you. We would then of course arrange to get the parcel back from you and process a refund as soon as it was returned.
Again, apologies for the experience and thank you for your feedback so we can make sure the service improves moving forward.

Vonyx system I don't recommend to anyone.
customer service has been excellent, and I truly appreciate the support and communication from the team. However, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend the Vonyx system to others due to the product performance and guarantee issues I have faced.
In comparison, even Partybox speakers perform much better in terms of sound clarity, quality, and reliability. Unfortunately, the programmes and events I conducted using this system did not meet expectations, and the overall performance has been very disappointing with public feedback on sounds output through Vonyx.

Had a new Karaoke system delivered…
Had a new Karaoke system delivered within a day of ordering . Took it away for my moms80th party and the receiver for the mikes in the bass box fell apart so we couldn’t use it . Still waiting for my replacement part a week later .. hence a crap star rating .

Before I wanted to purchase a music system, I called customer service, and they were extremely helpful. I made my order—I purchased the RP310 System, Vinyl Deck, and Amp. Delivery was made the next day. Fantastic service. The system is very nice, straightforward to set up. Overall, I'm very happy, and I would recommend Electromarket to go to if you want a good music system.

Very very bad!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had an upcoming party on Saturday so I ordered the speakers on Monday because IT STATES on their website NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Well that wasn’t the case. False advertisement and lies. Now I know it can be the couriers fault also and it’s out of their control. So I called customer service and the guy told me he would cancel that order and re order new speakers so they hopefully get there on time. And instead of next day GUARANTEED DELIVERY AS THEY STATE he only used the simple delivery method so I never got them. False advertising on website. Wouldn’t use again AVOID
