No matter how many times we complain our windows are still not being cleaned, our gate is still broken, service charge up 40%, no accounts since 2022 and 2023 are now due anyone who puts 5 stars reviews must be dealing with a different company because all the one stars can't be wrong, what are you doing with our money??? Why are we not getting any accounts???

Thank you to Akina-Marie for her service , she has taken care of mine and my families tenancy for the last year and can’t fault her at all , always responds to calls emails and gets things done asap , it’s a breath of fresh air dealing with someone in rental world that actually care about people and them having nice happy homes , I have rented many times before and never had a good experience at all so to have such a great one with her , We’d all take a property managed by her a million times over ! I have dealt with several horrific estate managers in the past so it’s a breath of fresh air to have a company who truly value the clients experience.

Any issues are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. We really feel heard as a couple and any concerns that we have had have been addressed very swiftly. Fully recommend

Absolutely shocking service provided from these guys, In particular Jade has been non responsive with a emails she’s been unable to answer.

I’d suggest something dodgy is going on with there company as a whole with how they run the whole thing, lack of accounts/ documents provided when any increases are applied.

Stay well clear of these scum bags.

We have Jemma Laffan & Jade Hammond running our building. It is beyond awful, they are highly unresponsive to email & phone calls. We have also had our service charges increased by 26% in 1 year with no justification for why the increase in costs. They have also not provided costs of some years, leading to a lot of us believing there are nefarious things going on with the money they are receiving.

Bad company. Our Carpark gate was broken for a day and a half and people literally had to take Ubers to go to work. I had to cancel work and lost money. What if someone had an emergency?! No apologies from the company either. They just don’t care, they just good at taking our money. Back door of the building was broken for a few days too. They keep increasing service charges but they don’t do anything.

I had a great experience at Clifton House and my issues were sorted within a reasonable amount of time. Akina-Marie Rowledge the assistant lettings manager was very hands-on and helped sort out issues very quickly.

Shockingly bad company, I would give 0 stars if it was allowed. I don't know how they can call themselves a managing agent, they pay bills to service providers that don't even provide services to our development. It's 2024 and we are still waiting for 2022 and 2023 service charge accounts and in the meantime they just make up numbers to charge the residents and now have decided to resign from managing our block leaving us in a terrible way. Ignore any review above 1 star on this website as its likely a fake review

Scum

Sent documents late. Then just 6vweeks after the invoice (a contested invoice) they pass to debt collectors.

Absoloute scum.

Have been interacting with them for a place rented at Clifton House (Peterborough). Very professionally managed and very responsive. Akina‑Marie​​​​ Rowledge has been exceptionally supportive across the 2 years that I had rented the place, including the return of deposit.

Had a pleasant experience dealing with Akina-Marie who was assigned to manage my lettings process .I was super anxious as a first time tenant , She managed everything swiftly and efficiently,kept me informed through the entire process.

Difficult to get an answer and get problems solved.

Again no one will take my call broken carpark gates no light in carpark useless and they pass the buck gates been broken 2 years in August. Pitch black when people arrive home late let's hope noones attached

We were transferred from Warwick Estates to EightAM a couple of years ago and it has been a disaster. They are absolute crooks who have no idea what they are doing, continuously had to chase them for any piece of feedback and issues in the blocks have been unresolved for months even years. Just all around a disgrace of a company from top to bottom, stay well clear if you can.

Really impressed to meet such a professional team this week. Thank you for educating me so well in the dark arts of estate management.

After a 2-year battle with previous management agents, EightAM took over and Fiona jumped in to help me finally get my flat habitable again and back on the market. I appreciate how she was responsive and helpful throughout our interaction.

Just suffered with a leak from the flat above, although this wasnt a communal issue for our managing agent my property manager jade was very quick to help us get matters resolved

I had a leak that required urgent attention. Eight dealt with the whole thing making a stressful situation much more manageable!

I lead the Residents Association for a building managed by 8AM and am appalled by the service we have received. I own ten other rental properties so know what a reasonable benchmark for a managing agent is, and 8AM consistently fall short. Non-responsive, no accountability, repeated bailiff letters to leaseholders for issues 8AM charge to manage. Just awful

My parents moved into a rented apartment while we look for a permanent home. Akina-Marie was assigned as our point person for any queries. She and the rest of team have been brilliant to deal with from the first contact. The renting experience is new to my parents and they were concerned about doing it but Akina-Marie has made it easy. We had an issue with the heating on the first day and a heating engineer turned up within 30 minutes of us reporting the problem. The sink was blocked and a plumber was sent out to deal with it. Any question we have had about utilities, sky TV, payment, furniture in the property etc. have been answered rapidly in a really friendly and professional way. Feels like we are being really well supported during what has been a stressful time for my parents. Thank you Akina-Marie!
