My experience with Eid part for my Eid order was disappointing. one of my friend recommended this company. Despite their website’s guarantee of Eid delivery if ordered by the 3rd, they canceled my order and issued a refund after I emailed them to ensure timely delivery. Despite offering to pay extra for expedited shipping, they failed to respond and prioritise my order. This lack of reliability in customer service, despite their good products, suggests a focus on acquiring new customers over retaining existing ones. It’s possible they were preoccupied with covering events, as I attended one in London where they were selling their products. In contrast, I promptly received my order from another company, highlighting the disparity in service quality. I placed the order on Saturday with them and received by Monday

Not described like the image and very difficult to put the Eid Mubarak sign as you need to weave the letters through a hole.

Great quality banner - string was a little short but asides from this, it looked great. I was also gifted a decorated Palestinian flag which I really appreciated as it’s a cause so close to my heart.

Everything arrived on time. I got the eid bags and the money envelopes and they were both really cute! The Eid bags were generously large which is a plus! Loved it!!

The foil balloons were faulty and two of them didn’t stay inflated.

I usually order from Eid party every year and have no complaints, but this year a few letters struggled to stay blown up due to the seams of the balloon releasing air. I had to cellotape them together but it still struggled to keep air in.

At first, I was not sure if it was a genuine website but all my doubts came to an end with their great and quick response to my queries and concerns.

ordered all my eid decorations and no issues bar the E in one of our eid balloons being ripped before using so ended up having "id mubarak" everywhere. also the gold garlands could have better foiling as when removing the cut outs part of the foil rips off on almost all. Other than that all beautiful designs just some feedback
