Eid Party Omdömen 

Sadly we have to give a star otherwise i dont think they deserve that. Tried contacting them via email several times and tried to reach out on social media but nothing. They made an error on my order sent out a different item in the 1 pound sale and when i've emailed no response i just wanted a simple refund for a mistake they made but they never reached out. Wont be ordering again seems like the business has got to their heads. Used to be a humble lot of people but now wont even help their customer with their own mistakes.

To clarify with yourself the facts are correct i emailed you 12 days before the refund was issued so not very promptly like you advised, i posted this review before the refund and email was sent (coincidence ?) I kept messaging and commenting on tiktok but no response until now ..... idc to argue this further but i wont order again its simple x

I made an order and a half my item is the most expensive item was meant to be sent in a second package however, I never received I have sent three emails since and no response from the company. Such disappointing service from a Muslim run business. It will be 14 days on Friday and I will be claiming with my bank. - response to my review says the company is happy to help with issues that are genuine. Evidence can be provided of an email sent on the 23/01/25 and no response received why type of customer service is this and no delivery details including the tracking number were ever shared. Disgusting service. I am clearly not the only one who is experiencing this issue looking at the amount of reviews from people experiencing the same thing. Avoid buying form this business at all costs

No response! No refund! Nothing.
It’s like they’ve disappeared off the face of the earth. I’ve been buying from these guys for years and had no issues but I recently bought from their modest fashion range and the items are so huge that I had to return them.
I have emailed and emailed and then messaged them on insta and still no acknowledgment of my emails at all!
It’s been a month now and they haven’t bothered to refund me or let me know what’s going on.
But checking their insta they’re off to China fo business but can’t run the business properly and respond to people!
I won’t be buying from them again. Lost all trust.

I have returned my item 14 days ago. I’ve provided them all the proof. Been emailing them but they are just ignoring no response. I need my money back.

Don’t buy the balloons from here.
Very cheaply made and burst straight away.
It burst on my daughter’s skin and has made a raised mark.
The trays come damaged this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from this company and it will be the last.

Shocking company with very poor customer service. Placed an order for £100 for quite a few items, had the address for my work place, and checked it several times, over and over again. The email confirmation even shows delivery to work address.... and where does this company send my order? To my home address where I am not there. DPD delivered and left it behind my gate, I guess no fault as the driver did not know I would not be at home, so was there getting wet.

Tried to contact this company but no telephone number on their website and no option to speak to anybody to find out what happened and why did they not follow instruction. Would not recommend or purchase again. Very poor.

I am a regular customer, only place I will buy my Eid decor. Great quality items at such affordable prices. I was gutted to find they had stopped selling a certain Eid sack, I was unsure whether I would be able to get another. After messaging directly I was so kindly sent the exact same Eid sack, I had just given birth and panicked that my new child would not have, now all my children have matching ones for the future. Alhamdulillah. I am so very grateful.

Have used the company before too excellent customer service products were just perfect any problems with an item been damaged during sending them out to me they looked in to it straight away and offered exchange or refund option. will definitely be using them again.

Not competitively priced. Even when you overlook this to purchase a few items, you realise standard delivery is £6.99! Absolutely ridiculous postage pricing, especially when you're only purchasing two lightweight banners!

Items were well priced. Really lovely products-many of which I couldnt find elsewhere. Quick delivery and extremely well packaged to ensure no damage to iems during delivery.

Very straight forward website got what I wanted in afew minutes and was on my way. Its was delivered promptly so very happy with your services.
