Do not go with them. The payment system was super sketchy. They required a bank transfer. The Iranian war started and they would not refund us. So we went. We had to pay the rest in cash which was a very large sum. The guy then refused to take 5 of the $100 bills that we got directly from the bank, so we had to navigate that .. Nesma Mohamed was our contact via email. It took 42 emails to get this planned. We had to give out passports so they could book flight but then days before she was texting/calling nonstop me about giving our passports which I did over 8 weeks earlier. When I forwarded that email she said "oh that was deleted. " We did 9 day package 1 day I. Cairo, flight to aswan, lake nassar cruise, nile cruise (on blue shadow 4 - which was a disaster) we had 3 separate guides that were average at best. The second guide did scam us. Another guide over charged us for a separate excursion. Also when we got to the second cruise - blue shadow 4, they would not give us a bed for our son. We paid for 5 people but the cruise would not do it. The first cruise did. Nesma Mohamed refused to help or make it right. Also from Cairo, they booked us a 6am flight to aswan to just sit there all day with nothing planned. We could have taken a later flight and not gotten us at 3 am. I kept asking for an itinerary and got this loose outline. Of the 9 days 3 we did nothing, but it was not clear.
I have literally traveled all over the world. This was the worst planned trip of my life. If you hate yourself then go with this group. Do not believe the fake 5 star reviews.
