Never backing Eduonix again. Its a bait and switch. Nicely presented promo video, and then the actual 'course' is a teenager speaking broken english into a webcam. Absolute scam. Paid £40 on Kickstarter for a course I wouldn't have paid £4 for.

The customer service was a smooth experience.

Customer service is below level, with days without answering. They are promoting Artificial Intelligence e-degrees, but in my case, the platform was not working correctly. Since there was no decent customer service, I deleted my account. Never again with this company.
