When doctoral or master's students write papers in English, we can provide sufficient guidance on content structure, but since they are not native English speakers, English proofreading is very helpful. I have also learned a lot from them and they have been very helpful to me.

I really hope that every editor in your company can do well. Some other language service companies I have worked with are also doing better and better.
