The best part, for me and my team, was the speed with which the manuscript was reviewed and tailored to the journal of our choice. The edits not only improve on the text but explain why certain elements need revision, making them educational as well. Even when we encountered some payment troubles, the personels kindly did their best.
If I address one thing, at that time of the payment trouble, if the mail communication can be done in Japanese, the process should be much more prompt, I felt. But I understand that this is more than we can expect. So except that point, I rate 5-stars, and says the service is great.

Great satisfaction with the service
I did two rounds of English proofreading last week and this week. While I was happy with both, I'm particularly pleased with the second round I did this week. I like to compare the results of proofreading with my original manuscript, and this time, I felt that the sentences were more concise and the meaning was clearer. The editor also made a lot of notes on the organization of the paper and useful expressions, which I can use in the future when I write a new paper.

Mainly Focus on Scientific and not Christian Books
I have received a response from both Ancy Femina and Sheldon Sequeira. The first response was from Sheldon Sequeira (with many errors in his writing) stating the price of service after I uploaded my book manuscript for review. My book is religious, and the company’s focus is science research. Overall, I responded with a “Oh ok, thanks and God Bless to the technical team. My documents are to not be distributed, used as research, or altered in any way by any means since the account has been hacked by the team to silence my book by creating a new account and password.”
