About Edinburgh Gin
Born in 2010, Edinburgh Gin is distilled in the heart of Scotland’s capital city.
We take inspiration from the wonder-filled city that is our name’s sake – a captivating city of contrasts and harmony that blends historic tradition with contemporary creativity, city pride with world citizenship, nature and the urban environment. We began with our Classic, a world class London Dry, which became the foundation for a series of expressions that led the flavoured gin revolution, pushing boundaries and breaking down conventions.
Our gins represent one of the most varied and vibrant range of gins in the world.

Went to Edinburgh Gin at Market street who charged £18 for 1 gin and 1 Prosecco both served in a paper cup filled with ice. Definitely won’t go back

The product is wonderful to start with
The product is wonderful to start with. I was trying to do an online order and had some questions that were answered in a very timely fashion and allowed me to make the appropriate choices. My delivery was scheduled much faster than I had anticipated, and it was easy to reschedule my delivery. We have never had a bad experience with Edinburgh Gin, whether in person or via online.

Fun, Challenging, and Tasty!
My wife and I took the Aroma Alchemy: Gin Tasting Masterclass today and had a fantastic experience! We both like gin but have never done a deep dive into the subject. This class was fun, challenging, and had just the right amount of nerdy, detailed facts.
Simran lead the tour and she has her Masters in Brewing and Distilling so she knows her stuff! Her presentations, as she lead us through the facility, were professional, interesting, and informative. It was so illuminating to learn about all of the botanicals used in gin making. Simran did a great job of listening to questions and giving thoughtful and compelling answers.
Alice lead the Alchemy section in a well appointed classroom. We were challenged to identify some of the smells important to gin and it was hard! We got to sample four of the gins and they were thoughtfully paired with little bites. There was lots of smelling and tasting on this tour. The curriculum really forces you to slow down and deeply process the experience.
The tour ended with two perks: a self-assembled cocktail spritzer to take home and a gin and tonic in the currently unopened rooftop bar and botanical garden.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn more about gin and spend an hour and a half connecting to their senses.

Thank you so much for your delightful review E.K.! We're overjoyed to hear that you and your wife had a fantastic time at our Aroma Alchemy: Gin Tasting Masterclass. It sounds like you truly immersed yourselves in the experience, and we're thrilled that Simran and Alice made such a positive impact with their knowledge and engaging presentations.
We're glad you enjoyed learning about the botanicals and the sensory challenges, as well as the thoughtful gin pairings. The self-assembled cocktail spritzer and the gin and tonic in our rooftop bar and botanical garden are indeed special treats, and we're happy you appreciated them.
We look forward to welcoming you back for more gin adventures in the future. Wishing you a wondrous day!

Gin order
Had to chase my parcel as after 10 days still no sign of it. Communication quite poor as soon after i sent an email it was suddenly dispatched yet i got an email saying they would look into it a day after that. I am really pleased with my order, but would think twice before ordering online again.
