About Edinburgh Gin
Born in 2010, Edinburgh Gin is distilled in the heart of Scotland’s capital city.
We take inspiration from the wonder-filled city that is our name’s sake – a captivating city of contrasts and harmony that blends historic tradition with contemporary creativity, city pride with world citizenship, nature and the urban environment. We began with our Classic, a world class London Dry, which became the foundation for a series of expressions that led the flavoured gin revolution, pushing boundaries and breaking down conventions.
Our gins represent one of the most varied and vibrant range of gins in the world.

A good experience in purchasing the gin…
A good experience in purchasing the gin which is good quality product. I deducted a star because of the delivery by the post office/Royal Mail. I had to change the date to receive my order on their website but they tried to deliver anyway when I wasn’t here despite receiving a confirmation email of the change. I missed the delivery because they ignored it couldn’t follow their own systems. I did this twice but then just cancelled my plans to stay in as they were useless at looking at the instructions.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the gin itself, but we’re really sorry to learn about the frustration caused by the delivery, that’s certainly not the smooth journey we’d hope for your bottle. While delivery is handled by Royal Mail, we completely appreciate how disappointing that must have been and we’re grateful you flagged it with us.
Wishing you a wonder‑filled day!

I loved this item as a gift
I loved this item as a gift, my friend was really pleased with it. The engraving was great little addition too since it was a gift.
My only comment and it wasn’t Edinburgh Gin fault was that Royal Mail didn’t deliver my parcel for 3 days, the first two they claimed they tried to deliver but I was home both times. I’ve since learnt that they don’t have enough time to deliver all of the parcels so a number are returned to the depot

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your lovely feedback Sarah, we’re absolutely delighted to hear your gift went down such a treat! The engraving really does add that extra sprinkle of magic, so it’s wonderful to know it made the present even more special for your friend.
We’re sorry to hear about the hiccup with the delivery, while we’re glad it wasn’t down to us, we completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when you’re eagerly awaiting a gift. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and for still sharing such kind words about your experience overall.
We hope your friend enjoys every last drop, and we’d love to welcome you back for another gift-worthy treat in the future.
