10/10 , no hard sell. Highly reccomended
We had a lovely time with Phoebe the staff member at Eden mobility, there was no hard sell, she was very easy to talk to, very kind and patient with us, and was in no rush. She was happy to take the time we needed to keep mum comfortable and understanding everything. Phoebe was one of the reasons we made our purchase from there. We felt like valued customers, the service was 10/10 and I highly recommend.

Carol at Eden Mobility was fantastic. She took the time to understand my disability needs and talked me through the different models, clearly explaining the features and benefits of each one. She was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. Her excellent customer service made the whole experience easy and reassuring. Carol is a real credit to Eden Mobility. Poor after sales service with no replies to emails and no refunds
I'm writing this for my parents, who purchased a nodular ring cushion, which was extremely expensive at £50.00, my mum agreed to purchase it, trusting the Eden Mobilty name, but after less than two weeks use it was not fit for purpose! It was completely flat, we took it back to the shop in Wadsley Bridge Sheffield to be informed that it states on the receipt, no returns accepted. After returning home I emailed Eden Mobility, 3 times, with no reply, what's so ever! I emailed them as my parents hadn't just changed their minds the cushion, it is useless! It was over priced and cheaply made! I feel that my parents, who are in their 80s have been taken advantage of. Trusting Eden to provide useful wares, aids and advice, but they just washed their hands of this without an apology. I feel their customer service is pathetic!

We have been to the branch today, and the staff were helpful and friendly, Carol and Phoebe, they helped mum and advised on what she might nee, and no rush or pressure they were compassionate towards us as a family, as we have just lost our dad 3 weeks ago.

I was apprehensive about buying a walking aid , as in my 70s it makes you feel the age thing approaching .
She didn't rush us , ir pressure us .
She knew her products and passed it on .
I would certainly go back to the shop again when I need more help

Visited on Saturday 13th December purely just for quotes. Carol was very welcoming and happy to show us around and gave us a brochure to take away. Carol wasn’t pushy which I liked. After visiting a few mobility shops in Sheffield we decided to go back to Eden due to the competitive price and quality. Today I’ve ordered a bespoke bed, table, hand rail and commode. Carol was happy to help and offered some discount which was very much appreciated. If I need anything for my Mum I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Eden and speak with Carol.
