I have been into Eden Mobility in Peterborough on a couple of occasions and seen both Leigh and Clare who have both been exceptionally helpful and knowledge not just of products but relative to disability specifically. I cannot rate them highly enough and now am finalising my order.

My nanny needed a new walker and Claire was amazing! Answered all our questions and even showed us how things worked and most importantly how it folded, it was busy in the store today but she made sure that we were seated and comfortable while we waited. Very friendly, very welcoming and nanny is very happy with her new walker.

Peterborough Store
I had a wonderful experience with clare in the peterborough store, she was extremely catering and wonderful with explaining the products she had available and matching the budget I had, really made me feel heard and cared for while i was there, she offered me a cup of tea while we went through the catalogue and found the one that would best suit my needs, a wonderful experience and i will absolutely be returning to this store.

Leigh from the Peterborough branch was soo helpful and felt she put me first and my disability. Even though I felt uncomfortable as is the first time I have brought a mobility aid and cuz I'm still young..ISH lol. I felt awkward. But she put me at ease and helped and was such a lovely lady. Recommend her if you visit the store in Peterborough.

Fantastic experience
Popped in to speak and ask for advice, the staff were kind, helpful but also very caring towards my elderly mum. They had time to talk us through the options and were never pushy, just showing us what was available and how they work. Nothing was to much trouble and they were very professional.x

Lovely and helpful staff
I needed a new walker so I went into the Peterborough shop to see what was available. Chantelle was very helpful demonstrating whatwas available, I explained that I was unable to buy one then but would return in a couple of weeks.
When I returned she recognised me and sold me the model I was interested in. I was also able to leave my old walker and start using my new one.

Absolutely fantastic service today at Eden Mobility! Stephen the store manager was great went above and beyond. Made my Grandmother feel at ease while looking for a new armchair. I have not heard her laugh so much in a long time! Thank you

Very helpful
Popped in for a chat this morning in regards to my dad, the lady was very helpful and insightful, guided me the best way to helping my dad get the best mobility scooter for his size and ailments. Would 100% recommend coming in and talking to Jess!
