Father in law just had a pacemaker fitted. Called in for advise re a scooter. Carol listened to his condition and circumstances in which he would use one, including the local terrain. No hard sell targeted at the highest price model or anything that was over specified and with plenty of options and insightful suggestions later he has purchased the ideal scooter for his needs. Superb price, superb sevice from Carol.

Great experience

Another positive visit
Went into the Mansfield shop to try and get a couple of Glo and Go walking sticks. Product was available so visit was a sucess. As ever, Paul was really friendly and helpful. Thanks again for all your help.

SUPERB & EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM PAUL WILSON AT MANSFIELD BRANCH
After poor health I was unsure what sort of mobility scooter I required as Id never had one in the past, so I popped in to the Eden Mobility shop in Mansfield with my wife about 2 years ago and was greeted by Paul Wilson who showed us each scooter and then before we decided, he walked round the market with me riding it, to make sure it was not only comfortable for me but also light enough for my wife to take apart and fit in our car boot. The scooter is excellent and last week I needed something so popped in to see Paul who is always helpful and friendly and polite and he able to send me away a very happy customer. Without Paul's help and support, I dont think id have bought and scooter and would have kept struggling but Paul's advice and business it has given me alot more inpendance and less falls on to rock hard pavements.

Sitting on a cloud again
I needed a replacement pressure relief cushion and visited Eden Mobility in Mansfield. I explained the situation to Paul Wilson in the shop. He explained all the variations of cushion available and their qualities. In the end I selected the cushion that, given his comprehensive explanation, I felt would be most suitable and so it has proved I now have my comfortable seat back again. I cannot thank him enough for his time and effort to help me with my purchase.

Just writing review say how good and welcoming Paul made me feel when coming to buy my 1st mobility scooter nothing was to much trouble he even let me a ride scooter out which made the experience even better and also Paul also as so much knowledge and seeing him also with other customers he gives them 100 per cent great service every time I’ve being into store fully recommend coming and buying from here

Cannot give enough Stars to Mansfield shop
What a lovely person Larna is very efficient and knowledgeable. 5 Stars to her alone if you add in Paul with his 5 Stars you have a real winning combination.
