Excellent friendly service
Visited store yesterday to look at purchasing a folding scooter. Dawn was excellent, she was very honest and didn’t try and just get a sale which we respected. She gave demos of all options available she was very knowledgeable. She then gave my mam the chance to experience using the scooter out on the high street so that she had a real experience before she bought the scooter.
Dawn was friendly and patient and didn’t make us feel pressured to buy! Would definitely recommend

Great range of products & customer service
Dawn was a fabulous help today. Visited the store in the early stages of accepting my need to be an ambulatory wheelchair user. She was kind, polite & knowledgeable about the products on offer/what might be best for me, but more importantly made my experience much more comfortable than it might have been, by listening & understanding my situation. It’s taken me 6 years to work up the courage to enter a mobility shop and my encounter with Dawn makes me wonder what took me so long. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Happy with service, Hartlepool shop.
I took my mother to the Hartlepool shop yesterday (13/07/2026) to buy a rollator to improve her quality of life. It was Dawn managing the shop and we were happy with the service and information that we received from Dawn to help us make the right choice in terms of which rollator was best for my mother, as well as being grateful for Dawn pointing out and demonstrating useful safety information.

Me and my mam came by the shop today to…
Me and my mam came by the shop today to talk about what scooter she was thinking about getting.we were met with a lady called Dawn who was amazing! We honestly had a really fun time! She talked my mam through what scooters would be best for her and different finance options aswell. She even took one of the scooters out for a spin and loved every second. Such a great shop with a great range of products and amazing staff. We want to wish Dawn the best birthday ever and thank her so much for our experience at the shop!💕

I took my parents to the store to look at mobility scooters
I took my parents to the store to look at mobility scooters, the shop was closed for dinner, but dawn came to the door and opened the shop. She was so helpful, she went into detail with the models we looked at and made us feel at ease. She made sure the scooter met my dads requirements. The scooter is being delivered soon, i have phoned dawn to make a change to the scooter and its been no problem. I would 100% recommend this shop, outstanding knowledge and cudtomer service.

I went in to Hartlepool store and was…
I went in to Hartlepool store and was greeted by dawn the managers explained I was new to this and was looking for a scooter on the mobility lease,
Dawn put me at ease I was so nervous and felt so comfortable talking about my needs.
Dawn took me outside for a demo and she talked me through everything about the scooter and the day after the scooter was delivered what a amazing service I had from the start to finish she was so polite and professional she truly is a credit to Eden.
