Sophia was an absolute lifesaver when I was looking for a new power chair! From the start, she was super patient, listening to all my needs and concerns. She really knows her stuff and guided me through all the options without making me feel overwhelmed. As someone with Autism and Anxiety it was amazing.
What impressed me most was how she went the extra mile to make sure I found the perfect fit. She took the time to explain the features of each chair and even let me test them out to see what worked best for me. It was clear she genuinely cared about my comfort and independence.
Thanks to Sophia, Im now waiting for the call for my new power chair with a big smile on my face. If you're in the market for mobility equipment, I highly recommend seeking out Sophia. I will be shopping here again! Cannot wait to go in when my chair has been delivered!

I was recommended to visit Eden Mobility by a colleague. It was honestly a cheerful yet professional experience. I spoke with Sophia and she honestly made my experience more relaxed, kind and not robotic. I would honestly recommend that you visit this store if looking for mobility products. Big shout out to Sophia at Eden mobility Derby
Went in to Eden mobility shop in derby needing a spare part for my Nana’s scooter. I didn’t really have any idea about it all but Sophia was brilliant . She knew exactly what I needed after discussing the matter further. She’s was so warm and helpful and we ended up sharing a few stories about our Nana’s. Definitely made me feel at ease and was so polite and friendly. Would 100% recommend popping in for anything you need as nothing is too much trouble. She even offered me a brew which I gladly accepted as it was a miserable cold day.
