Their server is so slow I canât get anything done ever. Restock pro absolutely sucks. Everything you input takes 24 hours to sync. So it slows you down

Free option is too little . Having a lower price tier for say 590 emails would be a better way to structure pricing

Their FeedbackFive is amazing!
Saves me time so I can focus more on sourcing and research.
I haven't tried their other cloud based software, but I might soon.
They're very helpful too!

High Five to FeedBack Five!
We use FeedBack Five service from eCommEngine and we are very happy with the overall service. Their automation is a one-time setup and forget template which makes life very easy and gives time to focus on other parts of selling on Amazon. We also get notifications for negative feedback so we can reach out to the customer in time and help.
They always are one step ahead and constantly update to be in compliance with Amazon's ever-changing policies.

I'd recommend if you want more Amazon product reviews
I think we got great value for money from Feedback Five (from eComEngine). The software isn't massively intuitive to use (hence me knocking a star off) but the team are ready and willing to help with any queries. Results-wise, it definitely generated a lot of Amazon product reviews, which has in turn helped boost our sales on that channel. We now have a lot of reviews so no need for us to invest in FF any more, but I would recommend it to others who are hoping to increase their Amazon product reviews.

I LOVE eComEngine's product, Feedback Five! I made the mistake of trying a competitor first, and they didn't have the features or the amazing support that eComEngine gives me. The informative, free webinars that they put on alone are worth the cost of the service! But the bottom line is that Feedback Five works! The number of Amazon reviews I now receive has skyrocketed! It depends on the month, but the worst month I have received double the Amazon product reviews that I used to get...and I was already messaging all of my Amazon customers manually!
