Ecclesiastical offers insurance for churches that is impossible to find elsewhere for a similar price. They have a deep understanding of the risks having been in this business since Victorian times.

The company is running an excellent business but not giving consideration to the customer. I was certainly not being listened to. My claim had to be inline with your policy, instead if being beneficial to you and me. You wouldn't work with my own contractor, so sent the claim cheque for me to deal with. I didn't want your contractor because they said my colour carpet was no longer available. So you would have had to pay out for double the money. My contractor was able to get the original colour carpet with no problem saving you 50% of the claim. I'm not impressed with the insurance at the moment.

Great common-sense and friendly customer service, great prices, and nice to have a socially responsible company behind it. The sign-up process was really well managed by the agent - helping answer technical questions in a common-sense way and arriving at a good level of cover. I haven't had to make a claim on this policy but I did previously and had a good experience then too.

They are a reliable supplier of home insurance at a reasonable price. I have received excellent service. The only complaint I have is that their legal advice service and their home emergency services are long-winded waste of time.
