I was not told the truth
I was not told the truth. Customer want what is good for them not what you want to dump on them. Tell the customer what is the interest rate, what amount the qualifying for. I requested an amount and was given half of it and my interest is twice of the amount given ….not smart at all. Thanks.

Was waiting for awhile as the current…
Was waiting for awhile as the current employee stated my email was wrong. He typed it in as hot.care @ hor .com and argued that it was all right until finally he showed the screen and seen it was a typo on his part. I asked for manager name and questioned why. Everything finally got fixed after 1 hour sitting there him saying you’ll have to wait 3-5 business days for it to be fixed. It finally got fixed after along process. Otherwise it was easy but it wasn’t. Thanks so much
