Pictures came bent. Sent several e- mails. Never responded

Have ordered over 20 canvas in 6-7yrs. My favorite and largest is starting to warp. They basically said bummer. Smaller so far are ok. Will order larger somewhere else to replace the warped one.

Quick and easy process. Product arrived in a timely manner. Sales and coupons are the way to go, but regular pricing isn’t bad either.

Portraits are beautiful. One was made as a gift to a friend. I know she will love it as much as I do mine.

The canvas prints are beautiful. They’re exactly as shown on the website. They were shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I have used this company many times over the years and never been disappointed.

I was pleased with the overall workmanship of the picture onto canvas but there was one thing that I wish I would have known. It was never mentioned that the portion of canvas folded over the frame was part of the picture. In my case that happened to be one of the main focal points of my photo. Therefore not to happy with product.

This is my 2nd canvas in maybe 4 years. Both were on my cats who have gone to the Rainbow Bridge. The work you did is spectacular. Coloring is so "point on"!! We will be using you more!

Having recently lost our family pet of 17 years, having a canvas portrait of her, for our home, was so incredibly special during such a difficult time. We could not be more happy with the way it looks.

Exactly what I was looking for and for a great price. Very impressed with the quality of the shipping as my prints were each secured individually and packaged to arrive just as it had left the facility. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are wanting to spend less than some of the bigger name brand print company's.

Easy ordering and what a beautiful framed clear and crisp photo I recieved. Very nice quality work. The product is solidly made. Shop no further. These people know what they are doing.

I had a voucher for a free 11" x 14" print. I called the customer service department to complete the order. As I was being assisted, I saw that if I paid for the item, the shipping charge would be $9.99, but if I received for free the same item, the shipping charge would be $12.99. Since the item is exactly the same, this means that I would actually pay $3 for the "fee" item. As a returning customer (I purchased prints in three different occasions), I was extremely annoyed because I felt that the "free offer" was false. When I asked the customer service person to reduce my charge to the regular $9.99 (as it should have been), she refused. I declined to get the item and I sent an email to a customer service rep to discuss the issue. She never returned my message. I am not planning to buy any other item from Easy Canvas Prints.

I will make sure to leave a negative review on your firm because I did not appreciate having to pay $3 for a "free item". It is not for the $3, but for the principle of it. I am very unhappy and unwilling to buy again from you in the future.

getting on to the website is rediculously tough. Makes me not want to give you business.

It was a gift that was supposed to be delivered on March 27th, 2026. I got confirmation that it was however, my family said they did not get the pictures. I have no contact number to call to speak with someone at your company.
