Bought some lovely prints from East End Prints in the past. This time I ordered a frame which arrived very quickly but realised I'd ordered the wrong one. Prompt reply from the company and returned print for a refund. Would use again.

Frame a bit flimsy
Frame a bit flimsy. So much so that one side of it was not properly fitted in? Anyway I put it back together but frames are very flimsy for the cost🤔

Veronica, we're incredibly sorry that your package arrived late and damaged, thank you for making us aware of the problems you have faced with your delivery. Despite your print being dispatched on time, we can see from the Royal Mail's tracking and delivery photo that the package was delayed and damaged in transit. This is nowhere near the high standards we hold ourselves accountable to, or expect from our delivery partners. We're pleased to confirm that your refund has now been processed in full and we are escalating the matter directly with Royal Mail. Thank you for your patience throughout.

Quick service and delivery
Quick service and delivery. Great print, however slightly concerned that the frame feels quite flimsy. However the print will just be hanging on the wall so I imagine it will be fine.

Great quality and really brightens up my wall!
I ordered my framed print online and I couldn’t be happier with it! Beautiful quality frame and a bold colourful print that really brightens up my bedroom.Only minor issue was trying to track my order as no updates were provided but all in all I would highly recommend this company and their products.

Received faulty item. Sent email twice to address on website to enquire as to process for returning the item (first time on Thursday 9th July) and received no reply. I plan to telephone today.

We wanted some contemporary artwork for a flat we are furnishing and came across East End Prints. The choice is endless and the website is easy to navigate and filter down to a style that you want. We were 100% impressed by the image, the quality of the print and the paper. They look fantastic framed in our flat. I've been a framer for 40+ years and produce prints for artists. These prints really impressed me.
