It's fraud site please don't pay in advance it's showing 7 working day of delivery but after payment it's don't respond and so it's fraud

I did not receive my order, I ordered in Feb 2022..
The amount is already paid.

I don't know this is a fake company. I should have realized before ordering for the materials. My order ID-
OID57923 dated 8th Feb 2022 still pending to execute.
I advice all customers please verify the reputation of the company before ordering. I do not know what action to take either to get the materials or to get back the paid amount
