Hair was matted in a day, even as I was trying to separate it out the package it was knotted, the ends had the burnt extension texture about them like they’d been straightened at a high heat and melted. 2 days and they’re like horse hair. 0/10

I paid for a ponytail as well as…
I paid for a ponytail as well as shipping. After I paid I got a notification that I had to pay another $23 shipping fee. All in all they wanted $29 for the ponytail, $27 for shipping PLUS another $23 to DHL which was NOT disclosed on the website. When I refused to pay the duty fee (extra shipping) which I feel was already paid in the $27, they refunded my $29 WEEKS later. This company is a terrible scam.

I’ve always ordered from Easilocks and I’ve never ever had an issue with the hair pieces they are easy to apply, great quality and so natural looking ! I constantly receive compliments when wearing them. Not long ago i mistyped the wrong eircode into delivery details, i had emailed customer service and they responded within the hour to amend my mistake. Delivery is always very quick especially over holiday season which is very much appreciated.
