still waiting for my goods

Brilliant addition to my resources, 3 children accessed creative mark making today, good quality paper stood up to their handiwork. Well worth the money. The childten drew large circles scribbles, wavy lines etc.Tuff tray play rules.

I ordered an e-voucher that they just never bothered to send. I called and emailed several times and my issue was 'ticketed' each time, apparently, but I still never got the voucher. As a result of this, I missed several postage slots with Insectlore as they only post on certain days. Very disappointed children. Very disappointing service. I would not use again for my school.

Website is user friendly and it’s always great quality items. I feel secure in my setting that the children are using safe products.

I ordered a tuff tray for my nephew, for Christmas, this unfortunately got lost in transit. When I contacted EYR they identified the problem and rearranged another one to be delivered the next day.

A Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend

This has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. After taking my money, I received no information about my order. I messaged through the website, but no response. I resorted to emailing, only to be told there was no record of my order! Finally, after almost three weeks, they "picked it up." There were no delivery details, despite the website claiming you can choose a delivery date and time, which never happened. I missed the first delivery because of this.

When it finally arrived, the items were broken, boxes damaged, and it looked like everything had just been thrown into the boxes. There were holes in the packaging. While I received most of my order, they also charged me for discontinued items, which is unacceptable—why are these even listed on the website? I've requested a refund for these items and more, as I don’t want to wait for more damaged goods.

Now I’m stuck waiting to see if I’ll get my money back. This whole ordeal has been highly inconvenient. I need proof of purchases for the council, but I can’t provide that until everything arrives, which is holding up my business. Avoid this company if you value your time and sanity.

I work for a school and on behalf of one of our teachers, I accidentally ordered a tuff tray stand only, instead of a tuff tray and stand. Spoke to Helen who agreed to send the tray free of charge. Thank you so much for your kindness Helen!
