After payment:
They changed the validity from 10 years to 5 years
They requested extra fees (14 EUR) via a suspicious Jotform link
They refused to ship unless I paid more
They ignored all my messages and refund requests
This is clearly misleading and possibly fraudulent.
Do NOT trust this company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I paid for their guaranteed "15-30 minute URGENT processing." Their policy states they offer weekend service if you pay the fee and call their WhatsApp. I did exactly that on Sunday, but nobody answered.
On Monday morning, they missed the 30-minute window again. After trying to contact them for 2 hours with zero response, I officially cancelled my order at 12:15 PM and used a competitor (who for half price delivered in under an hour). ITCA completely ignored my cancellation and emailed the useless document at 4:16 PM—long after my car rental office closed! Now they refuse a full refund for a service they failed to provide. Save your money!

However, we would like to clarify that our organisation provides an International Driving Permit translation booklet and digital permit based on the valid driving license submitted by the applicant. The document is issued only after verification of the applicant’s details and supporting documents.
Our service is designed to help travelers carry a multi-language translation of their domestic driving license, which can assist when driving or renting a vehicle abroad. The format and contents of the booklet follow internationally recognized conventions used for IDP translations.
We understand that there can sometimes be confusion regarding the purpose of an International Driving Permit, and we always encourage customers to review the information provided on our website before applying.

Buyer beware of risks
After several attempts to contact the company and leaving a 1-star review here, they did finally respond and offer to provide the permit. I requested a refund instead and they immediately initiated the process, which was appreciated, thus the edit to this review. While I commend them for processing the refund, I'm dissatisfied with the lack of clarity surrounding their "association", ".org" and finally, legal status of the documents they are selling.
A few things for future customers to consider, which ITCA does not clearly outline on their site:
*You MUST obtain an international driving permit in the country in which your driving license was issued. For example, if you have a US license, you can only request an international permit IN the US and there are only two legal entities providing those: AAA, AATA. If you have a French driving license, you may only request an international permit through the ANTS online portal.
**All other companies claiming to be "official" are in fact NOT and you run the risk of having overseas driving privileges declared illegal or having rental car contracts declined.
Hope this helps clarify the process for others and I encourage ITCA to be more forthright in their claims.

In multiple places across our website — including our Terms & Conditions, FAQ section, and disclaimer pages — we clearly state that our service provides a translation and travel document service based on the domestic driving license submitted by the applicant.
Our website also explains that the document we provide is a multi-language translation booklet and digital permit intended to help travelers present their driving information in different languages when traveling abroad. At no point do we represent ourselves as a government body or claim to replace permits issued by official authorities in a customer’s home country.

Excellent experience
I had an excellent experience with ITCA!
I initially applied for my IDP through another company, but they completely missed their promised delivery date, provided no proper tracking, and gave slow responses with little support. Because of their delay, I was left with very little time before my trip.
Needing urgent help, I chose ITCA’s express delivery to India and informed them about my tight deadline. The service is excellent
The service is excellent: they send all documentation through DHL, and everything arrives on time and in perfect condition. Their attention is truly personalized; in my case, I experienced a robbery while traveling and inquired about replacing my license. Catrina was the one who assisted me every step of the way. Required IDP was not provided and i coudnt use the 1948 version in Vietnam
I went on vacation to Vietnam and was planning to go on 3 week roadtrip to north Vietnam.I applied for IDP for Vietnam where 1968 version is needed along with license.They sent me 1949 version,unfortunately i have to cancel my ride plans as they denied to give me the 1968 version of IDP.After returning home, they contacted me and refunded the money.

India has not signed the 1968 Vienna Convention on Road Traffic, which is one of the key agreements that governs the issuance and recognition of International Driving Permits (IDPs) in many countries. However, India is a signatory to the 1949 Geneva Convention on Road Traffic, which also allows for the issuance of IDPs.
1949 IDPs: India's IDPs are issued under the provisions of the 1949 Geneva Convention. These are recognized in countries that are party to the 1949 agreement but may not be valid in countries that exclusively follow the 1968 Vienna Convention.
1968 IDPs: Many countries that adhere strictly to the 1968 Vienna Convention may not accept IDPs issued under the 1949 agreement. Travelers from India might face challenges in these countries unless they obtain a local driving license or alternative documentation.
We are sorry for the experience you had, however, please note that we want to make sure that we are issuing documents that hold validity according to UN conventions.

Unresponsive, uncoordinated, misleading and none of their contact nos. work.
I would recommend not using this service, they are unresponsive and not a UK registered company.
I had an issue while filing my application, which I had highlighted immediately after filing, for which more than half a dozen mails were exchanged over the course of 3 days but failed to find a swift resolution, Steve wrote back from UK understanding the issue fairly, while their team was to follow up but failed to understand or look into the details carefully, and my application has been left hanging ever since. They are fairly uncoordinated, there is no sense of urgency and none of their contact nos. work. These contact nos. provided on their website are with UK codes while this organisation is registered as Strong Emlak LTD. In Turkey VAT NO TR-7690748865
They are conducting printing and shipping by three companies:
. Mr Steve Brwon in the UK.
. Moayed AL MOMTAZ LTD. Co. in Turkey.
. Gaurang Thakkar Co. in Malaysia.
. Reliance Borneo Global SND BHD. CO. in India.
There is no accountability on their part,
I would recommend not using this service.

- et je dois contacter moi même DHL, alors que j'ai payé un service. La blague le client qui s'occupe de son envoi, si vous voulez je peux imprimer le permis aussi 😂😂😂.
