Quoted to have limescale and root ingress removed from a previously blocked soil pipe (also unblocked by Dyno Rod) . Job was well done, no mess and large clump of fine roots removed. Brilliant. Cannot recommend enough.

Very easy to book and explain the drainage ongoing issues in very old pipes. Engineer arrived, called first as he was able to arrive a bit earlier than the 1-6pm slot I picked. He took a look and explained some of the legacy oddities we had. Then gave me a couple of options. The jet wash was just what it all needed. Problem solved and a 6 month guarantee too. He was also very helpful in pointing me towards a trade company for some other pieces I had not been able to get through regular places. All in all very happy. Water flowing like it should.

Rang back immediately and came very quickly. Friendly and efficient technician. Knew exactly what to do and cleared the blockage quickly. Very impressed.

The engineer turned up very quickly and fixed the problem with minimal fuss. Tested to see if it was fixed. Left me feeling very reassured at the end.
From the initial online request I had a callback within 10 minutes and the engineer here within 90 minutes. The problem was fixed 45 minutes later.

Easy booking - not urgent so booked when convenient for me online. Received good communication before appointment. Operative arrived and was friendly and professional. Gave full explanation and ensured I was happy before he left. Drain unblocked in less than an hour. Definitely would recommend, I wouldn't look at anyone else after my experience

Kept me advised of time on the day and arrived on time. Helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant person who did the job. Investigation was thorough and confirmed concerns about a blocked/collapsed drain. Not cheap, but then they invest in very specialised high tech equipment to find issues hidden underground. Would use again.

We had a bad experience with Dyno at first, two operatives came to unblock the pipe but because they did not had the right tools, told us to do it ourselves and then they charge us for a job that was not done. As a result, the problem got worse because the pipe waa still not unblock. Worst of all, it felt very unfair because we paid for a job that was not done. However, we decided to give it a second chance and we call again. Today, a gentleman called Tom came with to our house in Tilehurst, brought the tools and complete it. He was quick and very polite. He got the job done. It felt that the money that we paid was actually for a job as opposed to the last time.

Very nice, helpful young man examined drains but unfortunately after he’d gone I noticed machine with camera taken into garage has damaged my newly painted sill! Not best pleased

Same day attendance to unblock kitchen drain. Two friendly operatives. Well-equipped van - camera, jet wash, suction etc. Blockage was in the outside pipe to soak away. Cleared in under an hour. Easy payment via link sent to my phone. No hidden charges. Fixed call-out £190.

Dyno Rod attended the job through my British Gas Drains cover. When they arrived their engineer was very offish. No kindness or professional. He then said he can't clear the blockage because there was RUBBLE in the drain. We took pics and there was no RUBBLE. He told British gas the same without ANY PROOF. Second time British gas send a Dyno Rod engineer out, the man was nice but he charged us £150, to clear the blockage. What's the point of me paying £17 a month, for years? This is drumming up extra business!! Utter joke.

Dan was very pleasant, prompt and professional and, most importantly, sorted out the problem .
