Dyno-Rod - South Coast and South West Omdömen 

Dyno-rod visited within 90 minutes of our call out on a Friday evening.
The guy who visited was brilliant. We presented him with a very difficult job which he undertook in an extremely professional manner. He was polite, non judgemental and very competent.

Charlie arrived early and fixed the drain blockage. Job done quickly and cleanly.

Paul and Danny worked so hard over 4 days to remove a waste pipe under my garden and completely replace. Worked so hard, completed the job and tested with camera etc. and took away all the mess! They are a real credit to Dynorod South and very professional and polite too. Would fully recommend

Easy booking system - online. Chris arrived that afternoon. He was very professional and efficient and generally a lovely person to have sorting out grotty drains. We couldn’t have solved the problem ourselves and appreciate the technical equipment provided. Not cheap, but I think worth it.

I really appreciated the fixed price and easy booking system.

The plumber was lovely, rang 15 minutes before he arrived and worked swiftly.

We had a blocked pipe that had unpleasant repercussions with effluent backing up into a downstairs sink. Booking the appointment over the phone was good. Nice chap. But when Chris came to sort out the blockage, we were really impressed by how efficient and friendly he was. The blockage was sorted within 30 minutes. We thought Chris was great- really good at what he did and a pleasure to chat to! Thanks Chris and Dyno for a great job done! Would definitely use you again, although hoping not to have to!

Can't think of anything I'd change. The guy who made the booking was polite and helpful. Communication was good(a phone call on the day confirming booking and a phone call to let me know the engineer was 20 minutes away).
And the engineer was polite,considerate,and very clean and tidy. Well done Dyno_rod.

Very prompt and efficient service. Made the booking at 1030 and they were with us to sort the problem by early afternoon. I would certainly use again.

Arrived within a couple of hours and had sorted out the blockage within an hour of that. Couldn’t be happier with the service

Requested booking 9pm for next day and gained confirmation early morning. Gained call from engineer 45mins before arrival and he arrived at 11am. Confirmation chat on issue was good and then all sorted within 30mins with great recommendations after.

Prompt and very efficient service. Not a bad price either. Solved my blockage in no time at all. I certainly would recommend.

Colin was polite, efficient and thorough.

Colin came out promptly, found the problem quickly and did not leave until the problem was thoroughly fixed. He wrote a report about how to improve the situation and was all done with in the hour. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very efficient with the machinery and solving our problem.

From first making the call re our blocked drains to Charlie turning up and solving the problem Dyno rod were great and would have no hesitation in using again. But hopefully we won’t need to 😁thank you Charlie
