Cane out within a couple of hours of my call to my insurance company which was great.

Unfortunately when they came out they said a new stop tap needed fitting and they don’t do that.

Pointless having the insurance

Just had Ollie fix a leak at my mums really brilliant and fast service.

Great job. Identified the leak, sorted the problem and tidied up.

Great job done to sort a dripping mixer tap in the kitchen. New tap glands & handles fitted & now no dripping tap & works perfectly

They phoned and messaged to let me know when they would arrive and a member of the team arrived within the timescale. The plumber was professional, friendly and explained everything. The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently, excellent service.

Very fast, clear and the cost was a fraction of what I expected, the toilet was fixed and the room tidy and clean. Great job!

Amazing service, fixed what he suspected was the issue. Turns out that was only part of the cause… didn’t leave until he fixed the leak. Had to remove all bathroom units for access, when the job was completed he fitted everything back just the way it was.

Appalling service. Rude, curt, useless plumber. Came to house to assess as part of an emergency call out for a water leak. Was in my house no more than 2 minutes. Couldn't wait to leave (obviously to get to next job). Mumbled something about getting a quote for a new tap and to check my terms and conditions and left me completely confused and wondering what to do. This person couldn't seem to stay long enough to explain (or rather didn't know what to explain). Plumber couldn't even bring himself to be friendly or apologetic that he couldn't do anything for me. Would not recommend.

I had a major leak that needed urgent attention and Dyno came to the rescue. Amir did a fantastic job, was calm and reassuring and addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. Well done!

Following a flood from a family bathroom through the floor, down the wall into the dining room my insurance company referred us to Dyno. Originally given a time of before 11.19, then a telephone call to inform the plumber would be with us in the afternoon. After calling again at 3.30 pm to enquire if someone was still coming to fix our terrible leak was assured that we were still on the list and would be called before they arrived. No call received plumber turned up and then left. Poor service and we still have no running water and have been put on an emergency list. WHY were we not put on this list at 6.30 am when it first happened? Still waiting hoping to be seen within the next 2 hours.

Kevin & Mackauley spent a long day replacing our CH pump and flushing 17 radiators in an old system. Clearly competent and experienced plumbers and backed up by good office staff who kept us informed since arranging the quote and appointment. Very pleased with their work.

Contacted my insurance company regarding a leaking toilet and they sent Dyno-Rod to investigate. Dyno-Rod found the leak and repaired it within minutes.

Very poor experience. An engineer visited for a quote on the leak. 3 days after someone contacted to ask if I still needed a quote. When l spoke to them again about the leak,I was told that was not what the engineer told us and never got back to me. When I phoned up to enquire I was fobbed off. Complete waste of time.

The engineer Kevin was very thorough and knew his job !

John, the Plumber, was excellent. He was friendly, polite and customer centred at all times and validated the distressing experience of a water leak in the home. The repair was carefully completed with minimal disturbance to built in fixtures and a clear explanation was given of the job carried out. Thank you, much appreciated.

Appalling service emergency service and come 4 days later say they contained leak and did not came back again said confirmed leak and just left leaking no customer service not feedback or call backs to confirm and update what happened appalling service over 50 calls and still not resolved

No one came, one star for them keeping me posted. Would have been a great help if someone actually came & saw to the emergency which I’ve been waiting days for!
