Prompt response. Plumber called to let me know how was on his way. He told me his name but I can't recall it. He was very friendly, found the problem quickly and sorted it out with minimal mess and left everything tidy.

Water leak from cistern feeder pipe. Home emergency cover is a must these days takes the stress away looking for a plumber /or electrician.The problem was solved within a couple of hours with Dyno-Rod-plumbing. Excellent.

No more dripping taps!
After several weeks of trying to get a plumber to come out to attend to several dripping taps and a leaking toilet (apparently either too small or too big a job) I rang British Gas yesterday as I have Home Care for my boiler. They contacted Dyno-Rod and I had visit and a free quote today. I accepted and as long as the items arrive promptly with them I might have everything done by this time next week. Huge relief!

The plumber was polite and professional…
The plumber was polite and professional through the time he was on site. He thoroughly investigated the problem, did some tests and found no obvious faults in the house plumbing. I do hope the issue has gone away! The plumber did everything he could to find the leak in a difficult area of the house so every effort was made to find the source. At the moment we are putting it down as just one of the things! Time will tell! Thoroughly recommend for patience and effort.

Professional and reliable
Had 2 plumbers come on consecutive days to repair a burst pipe . The first detected the leek and made everything safe and talked me through the whole process as it was late he isolated the leek so I could still have water until the next day when his college came and repaired the leek. Both were very polite and considerate and very professional. I would highly recommend dyno Rod

Cold water pipe burst in bathroom sink
Cold water pipe burst in bathroom sink. Waited nearly 4 hours for a young lad to come and tighten a bit with a screwdriver and advised me to be careful how I turn the one tap.as it could leak again. Absolutely furious with the so called home emergency service. I will be ringing Hastings Monday and if I do not get a new pipe fitted my policy will be cancelled.

Positive Experience
Engineer 10 from Caerphilly office Lee was wonderful. Had such a positive attitude and was able to find and fix our mystery leak within 2 hours. He also gave us a lot of advice about other improvements that were necessary.

Customer consideration
The plumbing engineers arrived on the day scheduled. They talked through details of the job before commencing work and explained each step. As the householder I was given the opportunity to ask questions and felt my views were respected. They demonstrated consideration within my property by respecting furnishings (removing footwear pre - laying carpet protector etc). The rooms involved in the job were cleared of debris on completion and everything safely put back in place. The 2 engineers were polite, well mannered and cheerful throughout the day, I felt comfortable and at ease. Before leaving the engineers made sure the job was successfully completed and that as the house holder I was satisfied with all the work done. 'Well done' Dynorod'!

Great service
Directed to Dyno via. an insurance claim for a major overnight water leak, which meant we had to turn the mains supply off completely. Dyno turned up far earlier than expected, especially so given it was a weekend. We needed some pipes and connections replaced, the plumber had all parts available in the van and it was all sorted within about an hour of arriving. Friendly guy who did the job, highly recommended
