The two engineers were very pleasant and extremely efficient. They were also very tidy. They fitted a new downstairs toilet, shower bar and new taps and waste in sink. Highly recommend.

Emergency Pipe Problem
Doing a quick Saturday night job in putting up a picture!! I managed to drill through the heating pipes in the wall. Registered the issue on line and was messaged within 10 mins saying my repair has been picked up. 10 mins later I was contacted by Ben, who arrived within 15 mins.
Ben was polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He went straight to work and had to dig into the wall before making the repair.
He was quick, effective, efficient and left the place clean and tidy.
1st class service, I can’t recommend highly enough. Thank You

Jack installed 2 radiators.
The engineer, Jack, contacted me 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he'd be with me shortly.
He did a very clean and tidy job, and completed the job in the timescale he'd indicated at the start.

Jack came to our assistance due to a leak with water coming through the ceiling at our home. Very friendly, caring, polite, professional, explained everything and was very helpful. Had a difficult job due to the positioning of the bathroom. Did a good job, was considerate of us and the home (rental) and very tidy. Much appreciated!! And highly recommended. Thanks Jack!!

We were having 3x new radiators…
We were having 3x new radiators installed. British Gas engineer had measured up and ordered them and they arrived in time. When Ben arrived he immediately measured up and said all of the rads were the wrong size. He made a few calls and within the hour another Dynorod engineer delivered them. Ben was quick installing them. He was very friendly and profesional. When he left he took all his rubbish with him and left everywhere neat and tidy. He even offered to help put the furniture back that we had needed to move.
He is a credit to Dynorod and an employee to be proud of.

The emergency appointment was made for between 1 and 6 pm. Jack arrived not long after 1, did an excellent job fixing the problem promptly and leaving no mess behind.

Excellent service came out within three hours of our call and fixed the leaking wash basin
No fuss and cleaned up after removing the old piping. Found the problem and replaced with new connections.

Ben was brilliant on a difficult job!
Ben came to our house at 8.15am, which was superb from a timing aspect that suited us well. He was very polite and knew exactly what the job required, which in my opinion, was going to take a long time and result in a revisit due to having to buy a specialist part. However Ben worked in a logical sequence and finished the job within a couple of hours. Everything was left tidy and clean. Highly recommend DYNO and in particular, Ben!
