Leak from shower
Leak from shower through ceiling into dining room.Not straightforward as shower company no longer made that shower part. Dyno Rod had part manufactured and then fitted it. Excellent service would use them again and recommend them .

When l wanted all my taps replacing my friend recommended Dyno Rod as she had found them very efficient, they were a trusted brand and didn't have extra call-out charges. Ben came and did a great job and was very helpful and friendly. l recommended him to my parents who needed a new radiator only to find they'd coincidentally already booked him to give them a quote the next day. They too are now also very happy with the work he did for them. Dyno Rod will pretty much come out to you on whichever day you choose and the lady I spoke to at the Telford office was also very efficient. I've just recommended them to a neighbour who's thinking of having a quooker tap fitted.

Ben arrived within a couple of hours of reporting the leak and was fantastic at his job. The whole experience was simple but very effective, exactly how you need it to be when facing a stressful situation! Hopefully do not need again (!), but if I do I will absolutely use Dyno-Rod. Thank you👍🏼

Exceptional plumbers
Ben and Jack came to sort out a problem left by someone else. Not only were they prompt and efficient, they went out of their way to leave everything clean and tidy. I cannot praise Ben enough for his care and concern. Absolutely exceptional service and a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Cheery completion of a crap job
Pete turned out on a wet Sunday as we were in the crap, so to speak, with a manhole full and our toilet filled to the brim; just what you want on a Sunday. He identified and rectified our blockage quickly, and despite the unpleasant task, was cheery throughout. Worth every penny and a 90 day guarantee too. Top bloke and top job completed.

Ben or plumber turned up on the same day and as Dyno said on the phone he checked the job out and quoted a fair price, he did the job quickly and effectively and was polite and explained everything, definitely will use Dyno again.
