Rectifying a leak
The engineer, Connor, was quick to identify and isolate the faulty part. He navigated his way around some obstructions to then remove and replace the part as neatly as possible. Thereafter, he explained and illustrated what had been the underlying issue and offered advice for moving forward. Throughout he maintained a warm and cheery demeanour, despite working what sounded like a potentially long shift.

We recently had Dyno Rod Plumbing repairing a radiator valve. Their Technician, Connor, was both courteous and professional throughout his visit. He also demonstrated a high level of respect for our property. Would certainly recommend their services to others.

Knowledgeable, courteous, honest.
Great, knowledgeable engineer Mohammed Waseem. Came over knew exactly what the job was. Seems to have read through previous engineers notes. We have an ongoing water pressure issue that United Utilities were not able to fix. However British Gas Dyno are on the case now. We are hopeful going off what we have experienced they will get it located within our boundary and fixed.

Great Service
We had Connor C with us today to take a lot at plumbing issue. He was a happy cheerful guy and knew what he was doing, there was no if but or maybe’s, it was clear he knew the issue and how to rectify it swiftly.

Absolute life-savers
Absolute life-savers when I had two difficult leaks in my ceiling all in the course of one week. Came out instantly and the plumbing engineer I had were David Rigby and Connor C. Both total superstars! Thanks for all the hard work and for your good humour which cheered me up when I was not in a good place 😊

Overflow pipe issues
Had issues with my overflow pipe. Went on British Gas’s website and made an appointment for a plumber to come out and have a look, he done everything he could and explained everything in detail with me. Really friendly and professional. Would recommend this company to anyone and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg either which was pleasantly surprising
