We had a major leak with water under the house and we could not identify where it was from. United Utilities fobbed us off from the beginning even though they said the leak was industrial and told us to get independent check from plumbers on waterorg.com website. We tried a couple of firms and they either didnt reply or let us down. Luckily we spoke to Dyno-Rod and straight from the start, the girls on the phone were so nice and helpful. They made us an appointment with Lee to come and survey the leak. Immediately we could tell he was a professional and knew what he was talking about. He was honest, open and gave a quote saying just message if we want to go ahead. We just told him on the 1st visit we wanted to as we had confidence he would sort it. He rearranged his job rota and fitted us in as we were due to go on holiday in 2 weeks. I hired a subpump and drained water from under house on Lee's recommendation the day before they were due. What can we say about Lee and Kieran. These lads grafted from 1st minute, keeping us in the loop on every step of the process. They had to excavate the path, dig down, find the leaks, 4 in total on our lead pipe running in to the house, and replace the full main pipe. We were back up and had hot water and better flow in under 2 days. Me and my partner have both said that we have never better, considerate, nice workers in our houses. They relaid the original terrace tiles on our path and cleaned up the street. I wouldn't recommend anyone else if you have a problem of this nature. They are a credit to themselves and their company. Called within time frame young lad didn't know what he was doing so I told him to change lever taps ...this he was unable to do as the taps were corroded, he changed taps to easier ones ....no id was shown and the housing normally send sovini and never told me ...

Both engineers, Sonny and Anthony, were presentable, punctual and very pleasant.

I can not thank Dyno Rod Liverpool enough. I have had a really bad few weeks, been in hospital for 10 days with inflammatory bowel disease and the morning after I got home the toilet was overflowing. I tried to go through my insurance who ended up being useless but dyno rod couldn’t have been more helpful. The service from the office staff Jodie and Gill was second to none, they couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. The lads that attended the blockage worked over an above to clear things and get the toilet up anc running, they were excellent and a credit to the company. There was a further issue with the toilet and they sent plumbers out the next day to sort it for me and got everything back up and running. Honestly they helped me through an extremely stressful situation and I can’t thank all the staff I dealt with enough. Well done Dyno Rod, customer service at its finest.

Just had a visit from Joe who was punctual, listened to my concerns, diagnosed the problem and quietly and professionally sorted the issue including going to the supplier for a necessary part.
